The SUP25A Coaxial Biaxial Oscillating Welding Head is an automatic welding tool designed for power inputs up to 3000W, compatible with the widely used 1070±10nm laser wavelength. It incorporates an all-in-one transparent water-cooling setup to maintain reliable long-term operation and has a lightweight design of just 2.2kg.

This welding head comes with coaxial gas supply and dual wire feeding capabilities, along with X/Y axis lens oscillation driven by a galvanometer motor-multiple oscillation patterns are available to suit different needs. It also includes a built-in high-definition CCD monitor and wire breakage detection system, and works seamlessly with lasers from various leading brands like IPG and Raycus. These features make it a precise and cost-efficient choice for automated welding tasks.
