Product Description
The Air-Cooled Handheld Laser Welding Machine is an efficient and convenient industrial welding equipment. Composed of an integrated cabinet, fiber laser, laser control system and handheld welding head, it adopts air-cooled design with high integration, small footprint and easy movement, perfectly suitable for various welding scenarios.
With power ranging from 750W to 2000W, laser wavelength of 1064nm and excellent beam quality (M2＜1.2), the equipment has a maximum penetration thickness of 4mm, applicable to various metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanized sheet. Equipped with self-developed stirring welding head, it expands welding width and processing tolerance range for better weld formation; handheld operation mode with 5-10m customizable fiber supports welding at any angle and any part such as butt welding, lap welding, internal and external corner welding, arc welding.
The welding speed is 2-10 times faster than traditional welding, with smooth and firm welds, no deformation or weld scars, reducing subsequent grinding processes; it is easy to operate without the need for a work license, equipped with proprietary laser safety protection functions and multiple safety protection mechanisms, environmentally friendly and highly safe. 1、Equipment Features and Operation
- Core Features: Self-developed stirring welding head to make up for the disadvantage of small light spot; integrated cabinet design with high integration; flexible handheld operation supporting multi-angle and multi-position welding; fast welding speed, saving labor and cost; beautiful welds reducing grinding processes; proprietary laser safety protection functions.
- Operation Process: Check equipment appearance and cables→Connect power supply and reliably ground→Connect argon gas (air pressure ≥10)→Turn on the key switch and wait for laser self-inspection (about 30 seconds)→Adjust welding parameters (power, scanning speed/width, etc.) on the touch screen→Turn on laser enable and connect the protective ground wire clip→Press the welding head button to start welding.
2、Maintenance and Troubleshooting
