Product Description
Laser Welder F3 Series (DWT22X-1) is a new type of handheld infrared fiber laser welding equipment. Equipped with self-developed Blade series fiber laser and integrated with proprietary ABR and SPP technologies, it features reliable performance and outstanding efficiency, specially designed for welding metal materials such as steel, aluminum, copper and stainless steel.
Adopting air cooling mode, the equipment has an output laser wavelength of 1080±10nm and a maximum output power of 750W, supporting continuous/pulse dual working modes. It can weld metal workpieces with thickness ≤3mm, suitable for pipeline processing, kitchen and bathroom processing, hardware processing, railing decoration, vehicle manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing and other fields. Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen for easy operation, it has 36 built-in preset process packages covering common materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet and aluminum sheet, as well as custom processes, supporting flexible parameter adjustment.
It has multiple safety protection mechanisms (workpiece conduction safety circuit, overheating protection, fiber interlock, etc.) and is equipped with laser protective glasses and other protective equipment to ensure operational safety. The handheld welding head is flexibly designed, compatible with optional T20 wire feeder, featuring high welding efficiency and excellent weld quality. Non-contact welding has small heat impact, making it an efficient and convenient welding solution in the industrial manufacturing field.

1、Equipment Configuration and Features

  • Core Configuration: Blade series fiber laser, 7-inch touch screen, handheld welding head, laser protective glasses, conduction clip wire, welding copper nozzles, protective lenses (5 pieces), optional T20 wire feeder and accessories.
  • Core Features: Supports 23 national language switching; red light preview function for pre-positioning welding position; adjustable ramp-up/ramp-down time, gas advance/delay control; safety interlock circuit ensures laser emission only when contacting workpiece; supports upper computer control and cloud remote services.

2、Operation and Safety Specifications

  • Operation Process: Connect power supply and protective gas→Fix workpiece and connect conduction clip wire→Turn on the equipment→Select corresponding process package→Install suitable copper nozzle→Red light preview positioning→Press the welding head button to start welding.
  • Safety Specifications: The equipment is a Class IV laser product; operators must wear laser protective glasses and fireproof protective equipment during operation; the welding area should be away from flammable and explosive materials with fire extinguishers available; keep good ventilation to avoid welding fume hazards; the equipment must be reliably grounded and away from high-interference equipment (safety distance ≥5 meters).

3、Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Daily Maintenance Common Troubleshooting
- Regularly check if the fiber connection is tight and seal with insulating tape to prevent dust.
- Replace protective lenses in a dust-free environment, wipe with anhydrous ethanol to avoid fingerprint contamination.
- Regularly inspect electrical circuits for aging faults every 30 days.
- When the equipment is not in use for a long time, seal the welding head copper nozzle and discharge residual gas.
- Air Pressure Abnormal Alarm: Check gas pressure (0.25~0.6MPa) and air pipe connection.
- Motor Abnormal Alarm: Check if the welding head motor is damaged and contact after-sales service for repair.
- No Laser Output: Confirm the safety circuit is conducting, the shutter is open, and process parameters are set correctly.
- Poor Weld Quality: Adjust power, oscillation frequency/width, and replace with a suitable copper nozzle.
