This equipment is an integrated closed inert-atmosphere fiber laser welding complete set, integrating a 3000W high-power fiber laser welding unit and a fully sealed vacuum glove box system, specially developed for precision welding of easily oxidized metal workpieces such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper and aluminum.
Conventional open laser welding will cause oxidation, pores, blackened weld seams and poor sealing performance when processing stainless steel, as the high-temperature molten pool is prone to contact with air. Relying on the closed cabinet, this machine builds an oxygen-free operating environment filled with high-purity nitrogen or argon where the water and oxygen content is less than 1 ppm, isolating water vapor and oxygen throughout the whole process to fundamentally eliminate oxidation and discoloration of stainless steel welds. The welds after welding are bright and clean without secondary grinding and polishing, and the air tightness and mechanical properties are greatly improved.
The whole machine is equipped with a CNC multi-axis motion platform, CCD real-time visual observation, automatic vacuum transition chambers, gas circulation purification, built-in dust removal and an integrated intelligent PLC control system. It supports multiple processes including spot welding, butt welding, full penetration welding and hermetic sealing welding. Featuring stable operation, small welding thermal deformation and high processing efficiency, it is suitable for mass precision production of stainless steel sealing parts in new energy, medical devices, aerospace, precision electronics and other fields, and is also compatible with special welding processing of titanium alloy, carbon steel and dissimilar metals.

  • Fully Sealed Low-Leakage Oxygen-Free Welding Chamber
    The cabinet is integrally formed with 3mm thick 304 stainless steel, with brushed inner walls and white anti-corrosion spray coating on outer walls, and the overall leakage rate is less than 0.01Vol%/h. The internal pressure is controllable within -12~12mbar with automatic PLC voltage stabilization protection and emergency shutdown when overpressure occurs. Continuous circulation purification inside keeps water and oxygen content stably below 1 ppm. Stainless steel welding produces no blue-black oxide layers with uniform weld forming, meeting processing standards for high-sealing and high-cleanliness products.
    Equipped with two vacuum transition chambers (large and small), workpieces are completely isolated from air during feeding and unloading. The large transition chamber integrates a heating module with adjustable temperature ranging from ambient temperature to 200℃, which can pre-dry workpieces with moisture to avoid weld pore defects.
  • 3000W Oscillating Fiber Laser with Strong Welding Tolerance
    The laser supports continuous and modulated dual working modes, with laser power steplessly adjustable from 10% to 100% and output power stability of ±1.5%. Standard oscillating welding process is adopted, with spot width adjustable from 1 to 3mm and electric focal length adjustment. Complete fusion can be realized even when the workpiece butt gap is ≤0.2mm. The effective welding depth of stainless steel ranges from 0.5 to 3mm, and the welding speed is 1~6m/min, with processing efficiency far higher than traditional argon arc welding. The output fiber has a core diameter of 50μm and a minimum bending radius of 100mm, delivering flexible optical path suitable for welding irregular and complex curved stainless steel workpieces.
  • Multi-axis CNC Linkage for Convenient Operation Inside Sealed Cabinet
    X/Y translation, C-axis rotation and Z-axis lifting realize multi-axis servo linkage with high positioning accuracy. The cabinet is fitted with 8-inch butyl rubber sealed operating gloves, allowing operators to clamp workpieces and fine-tune positions without opening the cabin door. Matched with a CCD coaxial visual system, the molten pool forming can be observed in real time. A foot pedal pressure control switch is equipped to adjust the cabinet pressure with one click, greatly simplifying the operation process of continuous processing.
    The front of the cabinet adopts an 8mm detachable inclined safety tempered glass observation window with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent light transmittance. Anti-reflective soft LED lighting is installed inside to guarantee clear sight during long-hour operation.
  • Fully Automatic Gas Purification & Regeneration System with Low Maintenance Cost
    The whole machine is controlled by a German Siemens PLC touch screen with Chinese/English bilingual switching, featuring fault self-diagnosis, automatic restart after power failure and running password protection functions. The purification column supports fully program-controlled automatic regeneration. The regeneration medium is mixed nitrogen/argon with 5%-10% hydrogen, and the regeneration cycle lasts 6~12 months, eliminating frequent replacement of purification fillers and lowering long-term operation and maintenance costs.
    Eight groups of standard KF-40 expansion interfaces are reserved on the cabinet, which can be externally connected with air supply, temperature measurement, signal acquisition, tooling transmission and other peripheral equipment for strong expandability.
  • Integrated Built-in Dust Removal, Safe, Eco-friendly & Easy Maintenance
    A centrifugal smoke and dust removal mechanism is installed inside the cabinet, adopting a 0.3μm high-precision HEPA filter to intercept metal dust generated by stainless steel welding. The filter cartridge is easy to disassemble without water cooling. The fully sealed cabinet isolates laser radiation, high-temperature sparks and metal dust to prevent workshop pollution.
    The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with universal casters with leveling functions for flexible movement and fixation of the equipment. A built-in 220V multi-hole power socket is pre-installed in the inner cavity to supply power for internal tooling and sensors, facilitating transformation of automatic tooling.
  • Wide Environmental Adaptability for 24-hour Mass Production
    The complete water cooling system ensures stable long-term laser output. The equipment can operate stably when the ambient temperature is 15~35℃ and ambient humidity is less than 70% (no condensation), meeting all-weather mass production demands of factory workshops. Core electrical, optical and vacuum components are all selected from world-renowned first-tier brands with low failure rate and simple daily maintenance.

Application Scope

Core Application: Precision Hermetic Welding of Stainless Steel

Applicable to all types of stainless steel such as 304 and 316, covering stainless steel vacuum chambers, precision fluid pipelines, sealed sensor housings, medical stainless steel components, new energy battery stainless steel packaging shells, food-grade corrosion-resistant precision valves. Welds of stainless steel processed in oxygen-free environment have no oxidation blackening, no post-treatment required, and stable and reliable air tightness.

General Applicable Metal Materials

Titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, copper, carbon steel, kovar alloy and other easily oxidized metals. It can realize spot welding, hermetic sealing welding, full penetration welding and composite welding of dissimilar metals, solving common problems such as pores, cracks and insufficient weld strength in conventional welding.
