Product Description
The Split-Type CO2 Laser Marking Machine (Model TXT-CDS) is a multi-functional non-metal processing equipment. Equipped with lasers from brands such as Chenruida and Dawei, it has a laser central wavelength of 1064nm and a nominal average output power of 30W/40W, with stable and reliable performance.
Adopting air cooling mode, the equipment is equipped with a high-speed galvanometer and high-transmission field lens, with a scanning speed of ≤7000MM/S. The marking range is 110×110MM (standard), supporting 150×150MM and 175×175MM expansion. The minimum character height is 0.4MM and the standard line width is 0.1MM, featuring high marking precision and excellent efficiency.
Suitable for most non-metal materials such as paper packaging, plastic products, leather and fabrics, glass ceramics, bamboo and wood products, PCB boards, it can realize graphic and text marking as well as cutting processes. Widely used in garment accessories, food and beverage packaging, electronic components, craft processing, glass and stone processing and other fields. It supports optional accessories such as rotating fixtures and smoke purifiers. The manual lifting mechanism facilitates focal length adjustment, and the aluminum oxide workbench is durable, meeting diverse processing needs.

- When installing optional accessories, correctly connect the rotating fixture, smoke purifier, etc. according to the manual.
- Avoid using in environments with oil pollution or condensation to prevent equipment failure.
- When smoke is generated during processing, it is recommended to equip a smoke purifier and maintain good ventilation.
- The equipment should be away from strong interference sources; install air conditioning if the ambient temperature exceeds 0~40℃.
- Regularly clean the lens and workbench to avoid dust affecting the marking effect.
