Product Description
SKYLC-SPM-500/1000 is a professional high-power laser cleaning equipment designed for heavy pollution cleaning scenarios in industrial fields. Adopting high peak power pulsed laser, high-speed scanning system and self-developed high-precision control system, it is equipped with a power supply from well-known domestic enterprises, ensuring stable and reliable operation, excellent performance and high cleaning efficiency.
The equipment can efficiently realize rust removal, paint stripping, oil removal, oxide film cleaning on all metal and partial non-metallic surfaces, as well as cleaning of welding black ash, carbon oil and other dirt on component surfaces, and pre-treatment for metal surface painting and texturing. Compared with traditional cleaning methods, this industrial laser cleaning machine has obvious advantages: non-contact cleaning without damaging the substrate, environmentally friendly without secondary pollution, recyclable cleaned substances, micron-level precision control in thickness direction, no consumables during use (only consuming electricity), and ultra-energy-saving.

2. Safety & Operation（安全与操作）
- The equipment is Class IV laser product with laser wavelength 1064nm (invisible light). Direct or indirect contact with laser can cause irreversible eye damage and skin burns, so operators must wear the provided laser protective glasses throughout operation.
- Emergency stop button: Located on the right of the operation panel (red mushroom head). Press immediately in case of abnormality, and rotate clockwise to reset after troubleshooting.
- Operation steps: Power on → Insert password "9527" to unlock → Adjust parameters (laser power, scanning width/frequency/speed, etc.) → Enable red light and laser → Start cleaning (maintain 1-3mm from focusing distance during handheld operation).
- Laser parameters adjustment: Pulse repetition frequency adjustable range 5kHz~200kHz (adjust when laser is off); cleaning width recommended to be 10mm-60mm.
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

4. Packing, Transportation & Storage
- Packing: Coil optical fiber (bend radius ≥150mm), wrap equipment with foam and film, lock universal wheels, and fix equipment in the packing box without moving space.
- Transportation: Keep vertical, avoid vibration/collision/inversion/rain, use closed cabins for long-distance transport; prohibit passing through areas with strong corrosive gas, electric field or magnetic field.
- Storage: Avoid water, direct sunlight, strong electric/magnetic fields and corrosive gas; meet temperature (-10℃~60℃) and humidity requirements, no strong vibration or impact.
