Raytools BF06H Dual-Wavelength Composite Swing Welding Head
Description |
The BF06H is a high-performance dual-wavelength composite swing welding head designed for fiber + semiconductor hybrid welding applications, suitable for a total power of up to 6000W. It supports a configuration of 4000W fiber laser combined with a 2000W semiconductor laser, enabling welding with two laser beams of different wavelengths. This advanced combination significantly improves welding performance on high-reflectivity materials such as copper and aluminum.
The BF06H utilizes a dual-motor swing system, offering diverse swing patterns. It features a standard XY2-100 digital galvanometer input paired with high-performance galvanometer motors, enabling high precision scanning and a wide range of customizable scan parameters. The welding process can be monitored in real-time using an HD CCD camera, making the BF06H highly adaptable for various automated welding scenarios.
