Product Description
The Qilin Laser F3 Series is a new type of handheld infrared fiber laser welding equipment, compatible with a wavelength of 1080±10nm and capable of welding materials up to 3mm thick. It supports welding of metals such as steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel.
Featuring an air-cooled design, the device integrates a 7-inch touchscreen and 36 preset process packages for easy operation. It is equipped with multiple safety protections (conduction circuit, emergency stop, overheating protection) and can be optionally fitted with a T20 wire feeder.
Widely used in pipeline, kitchen & bathroom, and hardware industries, it has obtained CE, ROHS, and FCC certifications, ensuring safety and compliance.

- Wide Material Compatibility:Supports stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum plates, galvanized plates, copper, and other metals, with a maximum welding thickness of 3mm. It meets basic welding needs across industries, such as stainless steel guardrails and copper accessories.

No complex programming is required - simply select the corresponding material and thickness to start welding. It supports continuous/pulsed laser output, and allows adjustment of laser power, oscillation frequency (0-30Hz), and oscillation width (0-5mm) to adapt to different weld requirements.
- Multiple Safety Protections & Compliance:Equipped with a workpiece conduction safety circuit (laser emits only when the copper nozzle touches the workpiece), emergency stop button, overheating protection, and air pressure alarm. Certified by CE, ROHS, and FCC, it meets EU and US safety and environmental standards for reliable use.
- Portable, Durable & Easy Maintenance:The whole machine weighs ≤35Kg, with a flexible handheld torch design suitable for welding complex workpieces. Dual protective lenses prevent dust and spatter.
