Featuring an integrated handheld design, it boasts a compact size (374.5×191×330mm) and lightweight construction (12kg), with an average power of 300W and a peak power of 600W, compatible with a laser wavelength of 1080±5nm. The device supports 19 sets of custom welding programs, comes with a 5-inch touchscreen for operation, and adopts air-cooling for heat dissipation. It is equipped with laser safety goggles as standard, enabling flexible application in complex scenarios such as thin-sheet metal welding and advertising sign production, while balancing industrial-grade performance and portability.

Weighing only 12kg and equipped with a built-in handle, the welder is easy to move and transport. The 2-3m output optical fiber paired with a handheld spot welding pen allows welding in narrow spaces or hard-to-reach corners of complex workpieces, freeing users from the location limitations of fixed equipment and suitable for multiple scenarios such as outdoor operations and small workshops.
High-Precision Control & Excellent Welding Quality
With a peak power of 600W and a maximum single-pulse energy of 6J, the welder offers adjustable pulse frequency (1-300Hz) and modulation frequency (1-5000Hz), enabling precise control of laser energy. The PWM duty cycle supports stepless adjustment from 1% to 100%, making it suitable for workpieces of different thicknesses and materials, and avoiding issues such as burn-through or weak welding.
Easy Operation & Reusable Welding Processes
The 5-inch touchscreen supports language switching between Simplified Chinese and English, with an intuitive interface. It can store 19 sets of custom programs, allowing direct retrieval of welding process parameters without repeated settings. The laser output delay and gas shutdown delay are adjustable to ensure the weld seam is fully formed under the protection of shielding gas.
Safety, Durability & Low Maintenance Cost
Laser safety goggles are provided as standard, and an emergency stop switch is installed to prevent laser hazards. Air-cooling is adopted for heat dissipation, eliminating the need for an external water-cooling system and simplifying usage. The dust filter only requires regular cleaning, and the protective lens replacement process is clear-operation only needs to be carried out in a clean environment, reducing maintenance difficulty.
