- Robust Hardware Structure:
Adopts dedicated ASIC chip with superior anti-interference capability for harsh industrial electromagnetic environments. Equipped with USB2.0 high-speed communication, plug-and-play and hot-swap supported. ±15V/5A power supply directly feeds galvanometers, simplifying wiring and cutting costs. -
High-precision Laser & Motion Control: 10 microsecond-level galvanometer refresh cycle ensures accurate trajectory tracking. PWM laser output with minimum pulse width 0.02μs and max frequency 10MHz for delicate power adjustment. Compatible with open-loop XY2-100 and closed-loop XY2-100_FB galvanometers with real-time status monitoring.

Abundant Interfaces & Expandability: 20 digital inputs and 18 digital outputs, including 8 channels of 500mA high-power output for automated I/O matching. Built-in 2-axis motion control enables complex path welding with external axes linkage. Dual RS232 serial ports support offline operation and customized communication. Optional high-speed optical splitting module realizes multi-station processing via time, energy and high-speed splitting modes.
- User-friendly Software & Process Adaptation: Graphical GUI supports CAD file import, path editing and parameter storage. Supports continuous, pulse and composite welding modes, matching QCW/CW fiber, YAG and MOPA lasers. Customizable laser waveform with multi-segment power and time parameters for diversified welding materials.
