The LSB Series machines are engineered for high-performance processing of medium to thick metal plates, with capabilities for slag removal, heavy-duty deburring, chamfering, and surface conditioning. Designed to accommodate widths up to 2500mm and thicknesses up to 100mm, these machines deliver precision surface finishing and edge treatment in a single pass.

The LSB series integrates wide and narrow abrasive belt grinding heads and optional dual-side processing, offering flexible multi-station configurations to meet the needs of demanding metal fabrication operations.

• Wide Processing Capacity:
  Available in multiple working widths: 800mm, 1000mm, 1350mm, 1600mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2500mm.

• Thick Material Compatibility:
  Processes plate thicknesses from 1mm to 100mm in a single pass.

• Three Optional Feeding Methods:

  1. Rubber roller + conveyor belt feeding – Ideal for standard parts, minimum length 150mm.

  2. Magnetic conveyor feeding – For carbon steel workpieces (≥30×30mm).

  3. Vacuum suction feeding – For stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and non-magnetic materials (≥50×50mm).

• High Torque Dual Rubber Rollers: Ensure stable feeding and accurate alignment during heavy-duty processing.
