Product Description
The LVC-COAX01 Laser Visual Coaxial Instrument is an independently developed core calibration device for laser processing, designed to achieve precise alignment between laser beams and processing targets. It adopts a coaxial design of optical path and vision, supporting two operation modes: Auto judgment mode and Manual judgment mode (Mid).
In Auto mode, the diff_X and diff_Y values on the interface real-time indicate whether the coaxial alignment is in place; in Mid mode, users complete alignment through visual judgment. The device connects to mobile phones via WiFi, enabling remote operation through a web interface that supports multiple languages. It is compact, easy to operate, and widely applicable to laser cutting, welding, marking and other scenarios, effectively improving calibration accuracy and efficiency while reducing manual errors and safety risks.
