Equipped with a professional dust‑free working environment to prevent secondary contamination of optical components, the laboratory follows original‑manufacturer optical‑path calibration procedures. We have extensive field service cases: multiple 6 kW sheet‑metal cutting heads were repaired to eliminate frequent lens burnout and rough cut surfaces caused by fogged collimating‑focusing lenses and lens pitting. PRECITEC cutting heads with focal drift were rectified to fix uneven kerfs and mass‑part rejection, with all optical parameters restored to specification. Note: Never disassemble cutting heads on your own. Disassembly in non‑dust‑free conditions contaminates optical lenses; arbitrary focal‑parameter adjustments may burn out laser sources and cutting heads, aggravating equipment damage.

A full range of compatible spare parts such as collimating‑focusing lens assemblies, protective windows, spring energized seals, capacitive sensors and QBH connectors are kept in stock to shorten lead‑times. Repair services cover imported brands including PRECITEC, TRUMPF, Bystronic, HIGHYAG, II‑VI and IPG, as well as domestic high‑power cutting heads from BOCI, Raytools, WSX and OSPRI. Besides replacing defective parts, aging seals and sensor degradation are fully inspected to validate overall head performance.

Beyond cutting‑head services, we also service external optical components including handheld laser welding heads, laser cleaning heads, dual‑swing welding heads and galvanometer welding heads. Our optical engineers conduct comprehensive inspection of optical paths, sensors and sealing systems. Focal‑point calibration and beam‑output testing are performed before delivery.
