The mold laser welding head is a specialized laser welding device developed for mold repair and precision re-welding applications. It adopts a direct fiber laser QBH interface connection, combined with coaxial/paraxial observation systems and touchscreen integrated control, enabling high-precision, low-heat-input repair welding on local defects such as mold cavities, inserts, cutting edges, and punches. The welding produces minimal deformation, requiring little to no post-machining, significantly reducing mold scrappage and rework costs.

Function Introduction

The NS20M standard mold welding head is the cost-effective choice for mold repair applications. It features a manual beam-expansion adjustment structure that flexibly matches different welding range requirements, comes standard with a 7-inch touchscreen for integrated control, and is simple to install with no commissioning needed. Paired with optional microscope and LED light, it suits routine repair and maintenance of injection molds, die-casting molds, and hardware stamping molds.

The NS20M-D short-body mold welding head is optimized from the NS20M into a compact structure (approx. 3KG overall), offering a lower center of gravity and greater flexibility. It also adopts manual beam-expansion adjustment and a 7-inch touchscreen for integrated control, with simple installation and no commissioning required. It is especially suitable for space-constrained scenarios such as in-cavity repair and deep-cavity restoration, making it a lightweight powerhouse for mold maintenance workshops.

The NS20M-S dual-swing mold welding head introduces dual galvanometer motor drive on top of mold repair functions, supporting multiple swing welding modes that expand single-point welding into adjustable wide seams of 0.1–4mm, significantly improving repair efficiency and weld consistency. Full optical and body water cooling ensure stability and service life during prolonged continuous operation. It comes standard with a 2.4-inch touchscreen for integrated control, with an optional 7-inch control system, balancing portability and expandability, and is ideal for large-area surfacing repair, insert re-welding, and multi-pass continuous welding.
