Product Description
The Industrial-Grade SLA300pro Resin 3D Printer is an upgraded equipment developed for high-precision industrial needs. Adopting full-digital design and high-integration architecture, it is equipped with a solid-state laser and marble platform, perfectly meeting the core requirements of industrial-grade printing for stability, efficiency and precision.
Equipped with a 355nm wavelength laser with a laser power of 3000mw, the printer has a scanning speed of 8-18m/s, a scanning layer thickness of 0.04-0.25mm, and a building size of 300×300×300mm, enabling high-precision and fast 3D printing effects. It has automatic environment control function, and the air-cooled design reduces annual energy consumption by 50%. With high integration, it has no special requirements for the computer room environment.
Adopting an intelligent control system, the optical system is of closed design to reduce external interference and pollution; the process is fully automatic, supporting negative pressure adsorption scraper, automatic liquid level adjustment and one-key start, basically realizing unattended production.
