HSG Laser Nozzle Visual Aligner
Product Description
The HSG Laser Nozzle Visual Aligner (NVA) is a high-precision device specifically designed for coaxial calibration of nozzles in laser cutting heads. It supports two operating modes: Auto and Manual, with coaxial deviation controlled to less than 0.08mm.
The device features a dual-power supply design, compatible with built-in 14500 batteries (3.7V) or external 5V power sources. Weighing only 575g (without battery) and measuring 77mm×105mm, it is portable and easy to operate. By connecting to a mobile phone interface via WiFi, users can complete steps including nozzle photography, red light adjustment, and manual coaxial calibration. Suitable for working environments between 0-60℃, it is widely used in coaxial precision calibration scenarios for laser cutting equipment.
Product Features
- High-Precision Calibration for Enhanced Processing Quality
With a coaxial deviation of less than 0.08mm, the device enables accurate coaxial calibration between the nozzle and laser optical path through real-time views on the mobile phone interface and diff_X/diff_Y value prompts in Auto mode. This avoids cutting burrs and material waste caused by coaxial deviation.
- Dual-Power Supply & Portable Design for Versatile Scenarios
It supports power supply via 2 built-in 14500 rechargeable lithium batteries (single battery ≥1000mAh) or an external 5V power bank. Weighing only 575g without batteries and featuring a compact size, it can be easily carried to different workstations, meeting the calibration needs of multiple laser devices in the workshop.
- Easy Operation with Multi-Language Support
Connect to the device via WiFi (password: 88888888) and enter the IP address "192.168.0.1:8088" in the mobile browser to access the operation interface. It supports three languages: Chinese, English, and Japanese. The clear workflow (device alignment → nozzle photography → red light adjustment → coaxial calibration) allows even beginners to master it quickly.
- Two Modes for Complex Situations
Auto mode provides numerical prompts to confirm calibration accuracy, suitable for regular scenarios. Manual mode (Mid) relies on visual observation for calibration, which can handle special situations such as unstable laser red light and spot fluctuations, enhancing calibration flexibility.
Technical Parameters
Application
- Daily Calibration of Laser Cutting Equipment
Suitable for coaxial calibration of nozzles in fiber laser cutting machines and CO₂ laser cutting machines. Regular use maintains the cutting precision of the equipment, prevents nozzle deviation caused by long-term use, and ensures the smoothness of cut edges for metal and non-metal materials.
- Calibration After New Nozzle Replacement
After laser cutting nozzles are worn out or replaced with new ones, the NVA can quickly complete coaxial calibration to ensure alignment between the new nozzle and the laser optical path, avoiding increased scrap rates during the first cutting due to nozzle misalignment.
- Inspection of Multi-Station Laser Equipment
With its portability and dual-power supply, it can be used for coaxial precision inspection of multiple laser cutting machines in the workshop. It quickly identifies and calibrates equipment with excessive deviation, improving the overall processing stability of the production line.
- Maintenance and Debugging of Laser Equipment
After maintenance of the laser cutting head and adjustment of the optical path, the NVA accurately calibrates the nozzle coaxiality, ensuring the performance of the repaired equipment is restored and reducing secondary failures caused by improper calibration.
