  • The machine integrates a sealed glove box with Raycus QCW pulsed fiber laser, targeting oxidation and cold cracking defects during titanium alloy welding. The 304 stainless steel chamber has a leakage rate ≤0.001vol%/h. A circulating purification system maintains water and oxygen content below 1ppm. Filled with nitrogen, argon or helium to isolate air, it delivers pore-free, oxidation-free welds complying with GJB548B-2005 leak detection standards.
  • Equipped with a 5-axis 4-linkage CNC platform featuring X/Y/Z gantry axes and a 0~90° swing A-axis for flat and curved welding. Pulse waveform and start/end energy are programmable. Dual vacuum heating transfer chambers dry workpieces up to 200℃ to eliminate humidity-induced welding defects.
  • Full safety interlock protection with double-layer laser-proof viewing window. Laser output locks automatically if chambers or glove ports are unclosed. A 20× coaxial CCD vision system with red light positioning supports computer teaching and automatic welding path generation.
  • Custom process management software records full welding and atmosphere data for traceability. A built-in fume purification unit with 0.3μm HEPA filters removes metal dust, featuring easy disassembly and maintenance.

  • Laser Generator Unit: Raycus QCW pulsed fiber laser, air-cooled integrated design. Average power 150W, peak power 1500W, electro-optic efficiency over 30%. Matched customized pulse waveform control system.
  • Optical Welding Unit: F=210mm focusing welding head, integrated medical-grade coaxial CCD and red light alignment, standard QBH fiber interface. Replaceable lenses for adjustable spot size.
  • 5-axis CNC Motion System: Syntec 6-axis bus controller. X/Y travel 200×200mm, Z travel 150mm, electrically adjustable A-axis swing. Quick-change fixtures with mechanical error-proof function.
  • Sealed Glove Box Body: Inner cavity dimension 1800×750×900mm, 3mm thick 304 stainless steel. Equipped with 4 imported butyl rubber gloves, plus large and small vacuum heating transfer chambers.
  • Atmosphere Purification & Vacuum System: Imported BASF deoxidizer and UOP water absorbent with fully automatic regeneration. Edwards RV12 vacuum pump, multi-component online analyzers, Siemens bilingual PLC touch screen for centralized control.
  • Auxiliary Components: S&A CWUL-05 chiller, fume extraction system, full anti-static module, sound-light fault alarm device.

Application Scope

This machine is mainly designed for oxygen-free hermetic welding of titanium and titanium alloys, and also compatible with nickel-based alloys, Kovar alloy, series 1–6 aluminum alloys, stainless steel and other easily oxidized metals, catering to high-cleanliness and high-airtight precision manufacturing scenarios.

It supports four mainstream welding processes: single-point pulse welding, circumferential continuous sealing welding, lap full penetration welding and special-shaped curve welding. It delivers minimal heat-affected zones. Welded workpieces require no secondary polishing with high flaw detection pass rate, suitable for laboratory trial production and mass automated factory manufacturing.
