Safety Information

  1. Safety Labels
    • Red Warning Label: May cause serious personal injury or even life-threatening hazards;
    • Yellow Warning Label: May cause general personal injury or damage to products or equipment.
  2. Laser Safety Class
    According to European Standard EN 60825-1 Clause 9, the laser inside the equipment is a Class 4 laser. It emits laser radiation with a wavelength around 1064nm or 1080nm, which can cause damage to the eyes and skin upon direct or indirect exposure. Even though the radiation is invisible, the laser beam may cause irreversible damage to the retina or cornea. Certified laser protective glasses suitable for the laser output band of the product must be worn throughout operation; when the device is powered on, do not point the laser output head at people or irradiate highly reflective material surfaces.
  3. Safety Marks
    • Laser Radiation Mark: Reminds to avoid direct laser irradiation;
    • Fiber Protection Mark: Warns that the fiber should be handled with care to avoid bending.
  4. Electrical Safety
    • The product must be reliably grounded through the PE wire in the power cord; disconnection of the ground will cause the product shell to be live, which may lead to personal injury to operators;
    • Ensure the normal supply of AC voltage; incorrect wiring or power supply voltage will cause irreversible damage to the laser.
