Raycus 3D printing lasers are professional laser sources engineered to address the key pain points in the additive manufacturing industry. Optimized for metal Selective Laser Melting (SLM) and other 3D printing processes, they effectively resolve industry-wide issues such as part spheroidization, porosity and low yield—caused by molten pool instability, thermal stress, material spattering and related challenges during printing.
The product line includes four core models: RFL-C300AM, RFL-C500AM, RFL-C1000AM and RFL-C500AM-ABP, covering a power range of 300W to 1000W. The ABP model, in particular, integrates adjustable beam profile technology, enabling independent power regulation of the core and annular beam components. Boasting high beam quality, exceptional power stability and a compact design, these lasers significantly enhance the quality of 3D printed components and reduce post-processing complexity. They serve as a core supporting light source for industrial-grade 3D printing in aerospace, automotive manufacturing and other high-precision sectors. Raycus is committed to the continuous iteration and upgrade of this product series, with a focus on material diversification and printing efficiency improvement.

-
Ultra-high beam quality with pure output mode Optimized optical path design delivers a printing beam with M²<1.1. Paired with an advanced M² testing platform, it ensures precise verification of high beam quality, laying a solid foundation for superior printing precision and part forming quality.
-
Superior power stability and long-term reliability Power fluctuation is controlled within ±1% during a 500-hour burn-in test. Equipped with an automatic negative feedback regulation system and a 10-20% high redundancy design margin, the lasers effectively prevent power attenuation and maintain consistent performance over long-term operation.
-
Customizable annular beam with flexible operation modes The ABP model features a robust all-fiber structure, with optical modules independently coupled to the core and annular layers of the output fiber. It supports independent core/annular power adjustment with fast switching speed and is integrated with a waveform editing function, making it adaptable to a wide range of customized printing processes.
-
Compact, highly integrated design for easy installation With a sleek, lightweight and highly integrated design, the lasers feature optimized overall dimensions that enable portable installation and seamless integration with 3D printing equipment of various specifications.
- Targeted solutions for industry pain points, elevated print quality The synergy of core technological advantages effectively mitigates spattering, molten pool instability and other critical issues in 3D printing. It not only boosts the yield of finished printed parts significantly but also reduces the difficulty and cost of subsequent post-processing.
