Product Description
The Flexible Multi-functional Laser Cleaning Machine is an efficient industrial cleaning equipment developed for complex workpiece cleaning scenarios. It adopts high peak power pulsed laser, high-speed scanning system, self-developed high-precision control system and power supply from well-known domestic enterprises, ensuring stable and reliable operation and excellent performance.
The equipment is suitable for surface treatment of metal and certain non-metallic materials, including flat surfaces, circumferential welded areas of rotating bodies, square tubes and various small irregular workpieces. It can efficiently complete rust removal, paint stripping, degreasing, oxide film removal, surface texture enhancement, as well as cleaning of black ash, carbon deposits, oil stains and other contaminants after welding. Compared with traditional cleaning methods, this flexible laser cleaning equipment (flexible multi-functional laser cleaning equipment) has prominent advantages: non-contact cleaning without damaging substrates, environmental protection without secondary pollution (recyclable removed substances), micron-level precision control in thickness direction, no consumables during use (only consuming electricity), ultra-energy-saving and wide applicability.

2、Safety & Operation
- The equipment is a Class Ⅳ laser product with a central wavelength of 1064nm (invisible light). Operators must wear laser protective glasses throughout the operation and are strictly prohibited from looking directly at the laser output head.
- Emergency Stop Button: Located on the right side of the operation panel (red mushroom shape), which can be pressed to stop urgently in case of abnormalities and rotated clockwise to reset.
- Operation Process: Manual Loading/Unloading → Select Cleaning Program → One-key Start Automatic Cleaning (or Switch to Handheld Mode) → Synchronized Dust Removal System Operation.
- Precautions: Reserve 10cm ventilation distance around the equipment; fiber bend radius ≥200mm; do not place flammable and explosive materials nearby; cover the laser output port when not in use.
3、Maintenance & Troubleshooting
