Product Description

As a high-end device honored with the "Red Light Award" for Innovation in Laser Supporting Products, the FEELTEK FR30-F 3D Front-Focus Dynamic System is compatible with 1064nm light sources. It offers two options: the curved surface marking version and the large-area marking version, enabling ultra-large-range processing of 1600×1600×200mm. The system supports software automatic focusing and high-power customization, and when paired with the optional off-axis CCD module, it can break through the limitations of traditional processing. It realizes high-precision 3D processing in high-end industrial scenarios such as new energy vehicles, and has been applied in the production lines of major automotive brands.

Product Features

Ultra-Large Processing Range and Precise ControlAdopting a dual-drive Z-axis dynamic module with a response frequency ≥ 100Hz @ ±10°, the large-area version can achieve a processing range of 1600×1600×200mm. It maintains a uniform light spot across the entire processing area, with a minimum spot diameter of only 0.064mm within the 1000×1000mm range, solving the problem of insufficient processing precision of traditional equipment in large-area processing.

Intelligent and Convenient Focusing and AdaptationIt supports the software automatic focus adjustment function, which can accurately change the focus position in real time according to the processing technology, and complete the switching of working area and focal length without manual operation. Equipped with an optical adjuster, it can quickly solve the optical offset problem of the QCS interface, and achieve accurate alignment of the center point with one adjustment.

High-Power Compatibility and Customization Capability:It supports the customization of high-power components, with a maximum power of up to 6kW, adapting to processing needs of different intensities. For different application scenarios and integration spaces, it provides various mechanical design solutions such as the curved surface version and the large-area version, flexibly meeting the diverse needs of industrial production.

Stable and Reliable Processing PerformanceThe P2 version has a drift of ≤ 0.1mrad during 8-hour continuous operation, a repeated marking precision of 5μrad, and a following error of ≤ 0.44ms. It can still maintain precision and stability during long-term high-intensity processing, ensuring the consistency of mass production.

 

Rich Optional Functional Modules:An optional off-axis CCD module is available, adapting to dynamic positioning and marking scenarios in assembly lines; it supports customized water-cooling design, which can meet the low-drift processing requirements in high-temperature environments and further expand the application boundaries of the equipment.
