Product Description

The FEELTEK FR20-F 3D Front-Focus Dynamic System is compatible with 1064nm light sources and features a flexible Z-axis processing dimension with a Z-depth capability of up to 200mm. The system allows convenient switching of processing areas via an adjustment knob and offers optional water-cooling design and coaxial CCD module, delivering outstanding performance in various industrial processing scenarios.

1.Flexible Processing Area SwitchingEquipped with an adjustment knob, operators can easily and quickly switch between different processing areas, meeting diverse production needs and improving processing efficiency.

2.Powerful Z-axis Processing CapabilityFeaturing a dual-drive Z-axis dynamic module design with a response frequency > 100Hz @ ±10°, it can achieve a Z-processing depth of 200mm @ 300mm×300mm, suitable for high-speed processing of both flat surfaces and 3D curved surfaces.

3.Large Depth-of-Field Curved Surface Processing AdvantageWithin the working range of 300mm to 600mm, the system maintains a fine spot size at a Z-depth of 200mm, making it particularly suitable for environments with significant height differences and large curved surface dimensions, such as automotive interior and exterior parts processing.

4.Breaking Traditional Marking LimitationsControlled by a dynamic focusing system, it breaks the dimensional and area limitations of traditional 2D galvanometers, enabling distortion-free marking on complex-shaped objects such as 3D curved surfaces, steps, cones, and inclined surfaces.

5.Optional Functional ModulesOptional water-cooling design meets applications with extremely high temperature drift requirements; optional coaxial CCD module supports positioning, pattern composition, inspection, and evaluation in automated production lines. Both digital display and motorized versions are available.
