FEELTEK 2.5D Rear-Focus Dynamic System FE Series
Product Description
The FEELTEK FE Series 2.5D Rear-Focus Dynamic System is a preferred equipment in the field of precision microfabrication. It is compatible with multi-wavelength light sources of 355nm, 532nm, and 1064nm, and covers three models: FE10, FE15, and FE20, which can meet the needs of different light-passing apertures and processing scenarios.
The system adopts an integrated CNC structure with a dust-proof and shielding design, and supports optional water cooling to adapt to scenarios with high temperature drift requirements. Through digital pulse width modulation (PWM) drive and optical zoom technology, it achieves fast response and low edge chipping processing, and can complete 3D trajectory processing and curved surface drilling.
It has significant advantages in precision and efficiency in scenarios such as deep engraving, small-area micro-hole processing, and ultra-fine marking.
Product Features
- High-Precision Processing: Strong Precision ControllabilityAdopting dynamic focusing technology, when adjusting the processing depth, the dynamic axis can collaboratively correct the focal length of the center origin of the processing plane and optimize the light spot in real time, resulting in higher precision compared to traditional galvanometers. For example, the minimum line width of ultra-fine marking can reach 0.045mm, and stable processing consistency can be maintained in scenarios such as glass drilling and deep engraving on ultra-hard materials. The repeated marking precision reaches 5-8μrad (optimal for P2 version), and the long-cycle (>24 hours) drift is ≤0.1-0.2mrad, meeting the strict requirements of precision manufacturing for precision stability.
- Efficient Processing: Adaptable to Automated ProductionThe dynamic axis is fully coordinated with the XY-axis software, and layered focus compensation can be completed in microseconds, significantly improving processing efficiency. Taking 0.4mm glass drilling as an example, it only takes 225 seconds to process 64 holes at a time. Without the need for an optical path lifting structure, the design is simple, and it can be easily integrated into automated production lines, reducing manual intervention and adapting to batch microfabrication needs (such as tool relief engraving and precision component drilling).
- Strong Environmental Adaptability: Reliable and Durable StructureThe whole system adopts an integrated CNC structure, combined with dust-proof and shielding design, which can adapt to complex industrial environments. It supports optional water cooling (cooling medium: distilled water + anti-corrosion additive; operating temperature: 22-28℃; pressure: 2-3bar; flow rate: 4-6L/min), and can operate stably in scenarios with extremely high temperature drift requirements. The digital PWM drive design further reduces the impact of temperature drift, ensuring stable processing for a long time.
- Multiple Models and Versions: Flexible AdaptabilityThree models cover different needs: FE10 with a light-passing aperture of ≤10mm, FE15 with a light-passing aperture of ≤15mm, and FE20 with a light-passing aperture of ≤20mm and focused on the 1064nm wavelength. Each model offers three performance versions: Standard, Pro, and P2, with graded optimization of parameters such as tracking error, temperature drift, and marking speed. Users can flexibly choose according to processing precision and efficiency requirements. At the same time, it supports adjustment of multiple input magnification levels such as 2X/2.66X, adapting to diverse microfabrication processes.
