The GW430 is an integrated welding head designed for robotic laser wire-filling welding. It supports a 3kW power level and 1064nm wavelength, integrating wire feeding, CCD monitoring, collimation and focus adjustment, and hollow anti-collision modules. It accommodates 1.0–1.6mm diameter welding wire , with a wire feeding accuracy of ±0.2mm. The device is easy to operate and highly protected, making it ideal for automated welding applications.
