Product Description

The Empower BG Series is designed specifically for remote scanning welding. It includes three models:

BG03S (for lasers below 3000W) BG04K (4000W) BG06K (6000W)

 

All models support XY2-100 digital galvanometer input, enabling customizable welding paths with high consistency on highly reflective materials. Featuring efficient dust protection, dual protective air knives, and an integrated water cooling system, these welding heads can be equipped with vision positioning and weld monitoring modules, making them widely applicable in new energy battery manufacturing.

 

Product Features

 

1.Power-Tiered Design for Multiple Scenarios

  • BG03S: For low-power applications below 3000W
  • BG04K / BG06K: For medium-to-high power applications at 4000W / 6000W

They meet remote welding requirements for workpieces of different thicknesses and materials.

2.High Precision & Speed

Equipped with high-precision galvanometer motors, these heads offer a wide scanning range and fast welding speeds. They support customizable welding paths and ensure excellent consistency when welding highly reflective materials, guaranteeing weld quality.

Internal sealing prevents dust ingress, dual protective air knives reduce spatter damage, and an integrated water cooling system ensures stable long-term operation and prolongs service life.

4.Rich Expandability & Safety Alarms

All models support CCD monitoring and vision positioning (BG04K/BG06K can also add welding process detection and molten pool temperature monitoring). They feature power undervoltage and motor abnormality alarms to enhance operational safety.

All models are suitable for remote welding of battery tabs, cell casings, and battery pack components. Their high consistency and fast welding capabilities meet the demands of mass battery production.

2.Low-Power Precision Welding (BG03S)

Ideal for remote scanning welding of electronic components and small metal parts such as sensor housings and connector solder joints. High-precision path customization ensures welding accuracy.

3.Medium-to-High Power Thick Plate Welding (BG04K/BG06K)

Used for welding new energy battery trays and large metal structures. The 4000W/6000W power levels handle thicker materials, with optional monitoring modules for real-time quality control.

4.Highly Reflective Material Welding

All models provide consistent welding results for highly reflective materials such as aluminum and copper, avoiding defects caused by high reflectivity and meeting the needs of new energy and electronics industries.
