All models support XY2-100 digital galvanometer input, enabling customizable welding paths with high consistency on highly reflective materials. Featuring efficient dust protection, dual protective air knives, and an integrated water cooling system, these welding heads can be equipped with vision positioning and weld monitoring modules, making them widely applicable in new energy battery manufacturing.

1.Power-Tiered Design for Multiple Scenarios
- BG03S: For low-power applications below 3000W
- BG04K / BG06K: For medium-to-high power applications at 4000W / 6000W

2.Low-Power Precision Welding (BG03S)
Ideal for remote scanning welding of electronic components and small metal parts such as sensor housings and connector solder joints. High-precision path customization ensures welding accuracy.
3.Medium-to-High Power Thick Plate Welding (BG04K/BG06K)
Used for welding new energy battery trays and large metal structures. The 4000W/6000W power levels handle thicker materials, with optional monitoring modules for real-time quality control.
4.Highly Reflective Material Welding
