EMCC Laser Marking Control System
Technical Features
As a self-developed product by Han’s Laser, the EMCC series is a full-range motion control system for laser marking. All controllers are equipped with a built-in encryption chip, eliminating the need for external dongles and supporting unlimited remote encryption with minute-level timing accuracy.
Adopting optimized core algorithms, the system ensures smooth laser operation without deceleration at corners, effectively solves pulse accumulation issues, and delivers high control precision and excellent graphic restoration with no distortion on tiny patterns. It supports offline editing and file saving, and enables offline marking of up to 128 independent files.
The system boasts powerful process capabilities, covering 2D marking, 2.5D deep engraving, 3D dynamic rotation, multi-station processing and various 3D texture mapping modes including projection and cylindrical wrapping. It is compatible with mainstream galvanometers and laser devices on the market, and provides USB and 100M Ethernet ports for flexible connection and network interconnection.
It supports one computer controlling multiple cards to realize multi-device collaborative operation. Two sets of secondary development libraries are available to meet customized development demands. Matched with the "E-Precision" high-precision calibration software, the system completes calibration in three simple steps, achieving an accuracy of around 10 μm within a 100×100 mm area, and up to less than 5 μm after multiple iterations. The supporting timing authorization software enables usage period management, tamper resistance and anti-cracking for terminal devices.
