The SS-G-U-05C01 is a portable air-cooled UV laser marking subsystem that integrates a 355nm ultraviolet laser, high-precision galvo scanner, field lens, and intelligent control software into a single, compact unit. Designed for non-contact, high-precision processing, it delivers high-contrast marks on a wide range of materials—including plastics, resins, metals, glass, coatings, and PCB/FPC—with no material damage or thermal impact.

Thanks to the air-cooled design, no external water chiller is required. The system is plug-and-play, installation-friendly, and highly adaptable to various environments. It can also be expanded with rotary axes, vision positioning, or large-format stitching, making it ideal for curved surface marking, automated production lines, and oversized marking applications.
