The composite light source laser cleaning machine is a handheld industrial cleaning device featuring advanced external optical path composite technology. It integrates continuous and pulsed lasers into a single system, enabling free switching among three operating modes: pulsed, continuous, and composite. As a drafter of the national standard for laser cleaning, this device is designed with the philosophy of "making laser cleaning a standard configuration in workshops." One machine covers rust removal, paint stripping, degreasing, oxide film removal, and other working conditions, and is widely applicable in shipbuilding, rail transit, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and other fields. The machine adopts an integrated chassis design, equipped with a handheld cleaning head featuring a knob screen, dual red-light focusing indicators, dual emergency stops, and triple enable protection — ensuring convenient operation and reliable safety.

1. Multi-purpose machine with three-mode switching
Utilizing external optical path composite technology, the device supports independent control and switching among pulsed, continuous, and composite light output modes. The single continuous mode is suitable for large-area high-efficiency rough cleaning, the single pulsed mode for high-cleanliness precision cleaning, and the composite mode balances both efficiency and cleanliness. One machine meets multi-scenario cleaning requirements.
2. Flexible power combination with rich process library
Continuous laser power supports up to 3000W, and pulsed laser power up to 1000W, allowing flexible combinations based on working conditions. The device has built-in process parameter libraries for rust (conventional/heavy), paint (conventional/heavy), oxide layer, oil, texturing, and general modes — ready to use, reducing reliance on operator experience.
3. Multiple safety protections
For active safety: cover-open protection, defocus light shut-off, dust-cover abnormal laser cutoff, and dual laser enable on both main screen and cleaning head. For passive safety: emergency stop buttons on both the cleaning head and chassis, forming double insurance to ensure personnel and equipment safety.
4. Multiple configurable options
Supports a cleaning-head follow-up dust removal mechanism, free editing of boot screen and display logo. Optional assist arm devices include mobile carts, cantilever cranes, and backpack straps, adapting to different workshop layouts and operation scenarios.

Performance Advantages

The composite light source design achieves "dual-effect fusion with multiplied efficiency," combining the high efficiency of continuous lasers with the high cleanliness of pulsed lasers. Compared with single-source equipment, overall efficiency is improved by more than two times. Simultaneously, cleaning achieves surface texturing — after rust removal and paint stripping on carbon steel, roughness Rz increases by 20–30μm, comparable to sandblasting results.

Application Fields and Practical Results

This equipment is mainly used for rust removal, paint stripping, degreasing, and oxide film removal on metal and some non-metal surfaces, as well as cleaning post-weld ash, carbon deposits, and oil stains. It serves industries including shipbuilding, rail transit, aerospace, and automotive.

Practical application cases demonstrate: In a pump-pipe pre-coating rust removal and texturing project, the 200W+1500W composite mode achieved Sa2.0 cleanliness with a throughput of 13.5 seconds per pipe (144mm diameter, 3m length). In carbon steel MIG weld oxide scale cleaning, the 500W+2000W composite mode reached a cleaning speed of 40mm/s, directly 衔接 welding defect inspection. In a workshop replacing manual sandblasting, the 2kW CW + 500W pulsed composite device — with a 150mm scanning width at 30mm/s for two passes — achieved the same effect as sandblasting, without dust pollution, greatly improving the working environment.
