Product Overview

  1. The DCL‑6000 is a high‑power fiber continuous laser cleaning machine with a 1064 nm laser band and QBH water‑cooled interface. Its maximum output power reaches 6000 W, supporting two operation modes: handheld and on‑board.
  2. The complete unit is equipped with a custom high‑power chiller, self‑developed control system and high‑definition touch display. The handheld cleaning head weighs only 2.8 kg, with a standard 20‑meter fiber cable. It supports switching among 12 languages and can be custom‑built for export to meet overseas CE certification requirements.
  3. It mainly removes surface floating rust, deep‑seated rust, old paint, welding slag, oil contamination and cement attachments on workpieces. The surface roughness and cleanliness after cleaning can directly meet the process requirements before painting.
  4. It addresses the industry pain points of mainstream 3 kW continuous laser equipment, namely insufficient deep rust‑removal capacity and residual under‑layer rust after cleaning. It is suitable for heavy‑industry workpieces with heavy rust and peeling corrosion.

Technical Features

  1. Multi‑layer safety protection: Multiple high‑sensitivity photosensitive probes monitor the status of all lenses at millisecond intervals. Laser output will be cut off immediately upon lens abnormality to prevent cascaded lens burnout. Lens working conditions are displayed both via indicator lights on the cleaning head and on the screen. A double‑click trigger within one‑second is required to fire laser for anti‑misoperation, and single laser operating duration can be limited to avoid overheating of the gun head.
  2. High‑efficiency heat‑dissipation system: The integrated cabinet‑chiller adopts an innovative dual‑fan upward air‑extraction cooling structure. Compared with conventional horizontal rear‑side air‑extraction designs, its heat dissipation efficiency is improved by 45 %, ensuring long‑time continuous operation under 6000 W high‑power conditions.
  3. Advanced cleaning gun head: It adopts a straight‑output‑light structure with ergonomic dual‑grip handles and a working shoulder strap for long‑hour continuous operation. Dual protective lenses are fitted. Integrated infrared focusing and coaxial air‑blowing functions enable stable performance under harsh dusty and smoky working conditions.
  4. Widely adjustable cleaning spot: The galvanometer frequency is adjustable from 0 to 200 Hz, and spot width can be adjusted within 0‑400 mm. Large‑spot mode rapidly sweeps floating rust; reduced‑spot mode strips deep‑seated rust and thick paint, exposing clean base metal without residual under‑layer rust.

Industry Applications

  1. Steel‑structure infrastructure: Rust and paint removal & maintenance for large steel structures, bridges, highway guardrails, traffic marking lines and dam facilities.
  2. Ship and logistics equipment: Rust‑and‑paint removal for large‑size ships; pre‑treatment of containers for degreasing and rust removal before painting; decontamination and rust removal for heavy‑truck carriages.
  3. Energy and power industry: Cleaning and rust removal for petroleum pipelines (including workpieces covered by cement with corrosion), wind‑power facilities, substations, large water towers and granary equipment.
  4. Special‑equipment sector: Degreasing, rust removal and old‑coating stripping for military vehicles and other special‑purpose equipment.

After‑sales Service

  1. Consumable supply: New‑machine package includes protective lenses, air‑blowing unit as well as full‑set core lenses such as collimating, focusing and reflecting lenses, to satisfy spare‑part supply demands for domestic and overseas transportation scenarios.
  2. Supporting tools & documents: Tutorial videos for lens replacement are provided. An independent tool kit is delivered, containing dust‑free swabs, dust‑removal tools and special tools for lens retainer ring disassembly and assembly.
  3. Operation & maintenance guidance: The machine only requires compressed‑air access for operation. A dryer is strongly recommended. Dry water‑free and oil‑free air source can extend the service life of protective lenses by 500 %, and greatly reduce failures such as lens breakdown and dust ingress.
  4. Hardware warranty service: Lasers and chillers adopt CE‑certified brand‑name components and follow original‑manufacturer warranty procedures. Overseas after‑sales departments are available. Export‑oriented equipment strictly complies with overseas warranty and charging regulations.
