4KW 6KW BG04K / BG06K Galvo Laser Welding Heads
Description |
The BG04K and BG06K galvo laser welding heads are designed for remote scanning laser welding scenarios requiring up to 4000W (BG04K) and 6000W (BG06K) of laser power. Both models support standard XY2-100 digital galvo control and are equipped with high-precision galvanometer motors that allow for fully customized processing paths on the welding plane.
Engineered for high consistency, especially when welding high-reflectivity materials, these heads offer fast welding speeds over wide scanning areas, making them ideal for applications in new energy battery production, electrical manufacturing, and automated industrial systems. The heads can be integrated with vision positioning, weld seam monitoring, and real-time quality control modules, delivering intelligent, stable, and highly efficient performance in demanding production environments.
