Product Description
The Laser Welder F3 Series (DWT22X-1) is a new type of handheld infrared fiber laser welding equipment. Equipped with self-developed Blade series fiber laser and integrated with proprietary ABR and SPP technologies, it features reliable performance and outstanding efficiency, specially designed for welding metal materials such as steel, aluminum, copper and stainless steel.
With an output laser wavelength of 1080±10nm and a maximum output power of 750W, the equipment supports continuous/pulse dual working modes, with a welding thickness of up to ≤3mm, suitable for pipeline processing, kitchen and bathroom processing, hardware processing, railing decoration, vehicle manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing and other fields. Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, it has 36 built-in preset process packages covering common materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet and aluminum sheet, as well as custom processes, supporting flexible parameter adjustment.
Adopting a handheld operation mode with a 5m fiber cable, it can realize welding at any position and angle; it has multiple safety mechanisms such as workpiece conduction safety circuit, overheating protection and fiber interlock, combined with laser protective glasses to ensure operational safety. The weld seam is smooth and firm without deformation or weld scar, reducing subsequent grinding processes. It is easy to operate and learn, making it an efficient and convenient welding solution in the industrial manufacturing field.

2、Operation and Maintenance

Operation Process Daily Maintenance
- Connect power supply and protective gas→Turn on the key switch and reset the emergency stop button→Wait for system self-inspection→Select process package or set parameters on the touch screen→Connect the conduction clip wire→Install the welding copper nozzle→Red light positioning→Press the welding head button to start welding. - Regularly inspect the protective lens and replace it in time when contaminated or damaged (operation in a dust-free environment is required).
- Maintain a reasonable bending radius of the fiber cable, avoid heavy object extrusion, and place it properly when not in use.
- Keep the equipment at least 5 meters away from high-interference equipment such as argon arc welding to ensure good grounding.
- Regularly inspect electrical circuits for aging faults every 30 days and clean dust inside and outside the chassis.
