Specialized Training on Fiber Laser Machines Empowers Employee Growth

        To enhance employees' professional capabilities, DMKLaser has launched a specialized training program on fiber laser machines. Fiber laser machines have a wide range of applications: they facilitate body welding and component processing in automobile manufacturing, can handle special material components in the aerospace field, and are also indispensable in the production of electronic and medical devices.

        During the training, the lecturer explained its structure in detail: the pump source provides energy, the gain fiber generates laser light, the resonant cavity ensures laser quality, the transmission system delivers laser light, the control   system enables precise operation, and the cooling system maintains stable equipment operation.

          Regarding the distinction between parts of different models, the lecturer combined physical objects and diagrams. From the appearance, pump sources of different models differ in size and interface, and gain fibers vary in color and outer diameter. From performance parameters, they can be distinguished by labels such as power and frequency. From the perspective of compatible machine models, the installation position and connection method of parts can also be used as basis. Employees studied earnestly to lay a solid foundation for their subsequent work.
