Fiber Laser Demonstration Training Enhances Professional Cognition

In the current promotion of laser technology, customers' demand for an intuitive understanding of the performance and application scenarios of fiber lasers has surged, and professional demonstration capabilities have become the key to connecting products with the market. To help the sales and technical support teams accurately convey the product value, DMK Laser launched a special training on fiber laser demonstration on November 12th.

The training focused on the core of "scenario-based demonstration" and was attended by more than 20 employees in relevant positions. The trainer first explained the demonstration logic, sorting out the presentation order of performance parameters and application advantages around customers' concerns. Then, combined with physical demonstrations, the trainer disassembled the skills one by one—from the details of the equipment's appearance, the functions of core components to the on-site simulated demonstration of application cases in different industries. In addition, interactive demonstration sessions were designed for common customer questions to improve communication efficiency.
