Raycus laser cleaners cover high-power pulsed and hybrid laser types, and can be combined with self-developed fiber hybrid laser cleaning systems to form a one-stop solution. Realizing dust-free, water-free and chemical-free green cleaning, the products adopt non-contact operation to efficiently remove paint, rust, oxide layers and other surface contaminants without damaging metal substrates.

With pulsed laser power of 300W-3000W and continuous laser power of 2000W-12000W, they flexibly adapt to complex contour cleaning of ship hulls, rail transit components, etc., and are widely applied in shipbuilding, rail transit, aerospace, steel structure heavy industry and other high-end industrial cleaning fields.

1. High-Power Pulsed Laser Cleaning

As the core technology of Raycus laser cleaners, it is dedicated to precise stripping of surface contaminants, with key features:
  • High energy density: Megawatt-level peak power and submicrosecond narrow pulse width realize thorough stripping and gasification of contaminants with high cleanliness.
  • Flexible parameters: Pulse width, repetition frequency and other indicators are independently adjustable, adapting to diverse cleaning scenarios and metal substrates.
  • Substrate protection: Non-contact operation avoids scratches and deformation, supporting precise local cleaning of high-precision components.

2. Hybrid Laser Cleaning

An innovative technology integrating high-power pulsed and continuous lasers, it achieves 1+1>2 synergistic cleaning effect, with core advantages:
  • High synergy efficiency: Pulsed laser strips contaminants via impact vibration, while continuous laser ablates non-metallic substances and weakens contaminant adhesion through thermal expansion stress, with much higher efficiency than single laser cleaning.
  • Stable operation: Matched dust extraction system reduces plasma shielding effect, ensuring continuous laser action on contaminants without secondary pollution.
  • Complex contour adaptation: Precise energy control enables efficient cleaning of special-shaped workpieces such as ship hull curved surfaces and rail transit wheel sets.

Product Applications

With the advantages of environmental protection, high efficiency, non-damage and wide adaptability, Raycus laser cleaners are widely used in multiple industrial cleaning scenarios:

1. Shipbuilding and Maintenance

As a core alternative to traditional cleaning methods, it is used for rust/oxide layer removal before ship hull welding, weld seam cleaning after welding, and daily anti-corrosion maintenance of ship decks and cabins. It adapts to ship hull curved surfaces, ensures ship structural safety and meets port environmental operation requirements.

2. Rail Transit

It is applied to cleaning paint, rust and impurities on wheel sets, brake beams, axle boxes and other key components before flaw detection in vehicle depots, greatly improving cleaning efficiency (≤5min per wheel set, ≤2min per brake beam). It is also used for paint and rust removal of locomotive bodies to achieve refined and efficient equipment maintenance.
