The MAX Continuous Cutting Fiber Laser is a professional core light source developed for industrial metal cutting scenarios, with a serialized power layout of 3000W to 20000W and an all-fiber structural design. It is integrated with a set of intelligent control and protection systems, specially optimized for the cutting process to match the high-speed and high-precision cutting needs of different metal materials.
It has the core advantages of high electro-optical conversion efficiency, long service life of core components and stable continuous output, with the pump source service life reaching ≥100,000 hours and realizing 24/7 uninterrupted operation in industrial sites. It is compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other common metal materials, and can adapt to the cutting processing of thin, medium, thick and ultra-thick plates.
The product has high integration and strong compatibility, and can be seamlessly connected and integrated with various laser cutting equipment such as gantry cutting machines and cutting robots. The whole series of MAX Continuous Cutting Fiber Lasers adopts all-fiber and modular design, with compact equipment size, convenient later maintenance and power expansion. It is built-in with multiple intelligent protection mechanisms such as over-temperature, over-current, water shortage and anti-high reflection, which can resist the influence of dust, temperature difference and other complex factors in the cutting workshop and ensure stable operation.
Version C (Standard Type) is positioned for the medium and low power cutting scene of ≤3000W (power upper limit 6000W), equipped with standard pump source and amplification module, with high cost performance and low later maintenance cost. It has conventional beam quality and basic anti-high reflection performance, which is specially suitable for the cutting processing of low-reflection materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel, and matches the general cutting needs of small and medium-sized processing plants for thin and medium plates.
Version X (Enhanced Type) covers the full power range of 3000W-20000W, and is fully upgraded for high-end cutting scenarios. Its hardware is equipped with high-power special pump source, low-loss optical fiber and enhanced heat dissipation structure, with optimized beam quality and built-in high-integration anti-high reflection module (enhanced/ultra-high type for high-power models). It is suitable for cutting high-reflection materials such as copper and aluminum, and can realize high-speed and high-precision cutting of thick and ultra-thick plates, meeting the high-difficulty cutting needs of large manufacturing enterprises in high-end equipment manufacturing, heavy industry and other fields.

MAX Continuous Cutting Fiber Laser has formed a differentiated product layout of Version C and Version X, which fully covers the industrial metal cutting scenarios of different power levels and process requirements, and is widely used in metal processing, automobile manufacturing, engineering machinery, new energy, rail transit, ship heavy industry, hardware sheet metal and other industries.
Version C (Standard Type) is mainly aimed at the general cutting needs of small and medium-sized processing enterprises, and is used for the precision cutting of 0.5-10mm thin and medium plates of low-reflection materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel. It is commonly applied in the mass production of hardware accessories, kitchen and bathroom products, sheet metal structural parts, shelves and other products, with high cost performance and can meet the daily production and processing needs of conventional workshops.
Version X (Enhanced Type) is oriented to high-end, heavy-duty and high-difficulty metal cutting scenarios, and the four core models realize precise matching of cutting needs: MFSC-3000X is suitable for the precision cutting of 0.5-5mm thin plates of high-reflection materials such as copper and aluminum, and is applied in the processing of new energy battery accessories, electronic precision parts and other products; MFSC-6000X can realize the high-efficiency cutting of 5-20mm medium and thick plates of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and is used in the processing of auto parts, small and medium-sized mold blanks and other products; MFSC-12000X is specially used for the high-speed cutting of 20-50mm thick metal plates, matching the processing needs of engineering machinery structural parts, rail transit components and large hardware structural parts; MFSC-20000X, as an ultra-high power model, is applied in heavy industry cutting scenarios such as ship heavy industry and aerospace equipment manufacturing, and can complete the cutting of 50-100mm ultra-thick metal plates, realizing the processing mode of "cutting instead of planning" and greatly improving the efficiency of heavy-duty plate cutting.
