DMK offers factory‑based hands‑on laser cutting technical training programs targeted at overseas customers with procurement demands for fiber laser cutting and welding machines. The program helps overseas partners grow into local laser‑technology specialists and supports their business in equipment sales, on‑site installation & commissioning, and after‑sales maintenance. Adopting small‑group hands‑on teaching, the class opens with a minimum of 2 participants and caps at 6 attendees. Training is scheduled during customers’ visits or exhibitions in China. Lectures combine theories with real‑equipment practice in workshops to guarantee full mastery of skills.

Learning of Laser Cutting Machine Bed Manufacturing

Training starts with equipment production procedures. Trainees are guided through production workshops to learn key manufacturing processes of laser cutting machine beds. It explains processing standards of machine beds and working principles of processing equipment. Trainees will understand how machine‑base structures influence overall machine accuracy and operation stability, get familiar with critical quality control points in bed production, and build the capability to evaluate hardware quality of equipment.

Analysis of Configuration for Flat‑bed Laser Cutting Machines

Systematic training covers the complete configuration of flat‑bed laser cutting machines. It elaborates on the BC FSCUT series control systems and the selection logic of core components including laser generators and cutting heads. Trainees will get acquainted with overall hardware composition, master basic operations of control systems, understand configuration differences among machines of various power levels, and be able to read and formulate configuration solutions for flat‑bed laser cutting machines according to actual sheet‑metal processing requirements.

Practical Training on Laser Cutting Machine Assembly

Hands‑on assembly sessions are held in the final‑assembly workshop. Contents include installation of fiber laser generators, cutting heads and various bed components. It demonstrates assembly specifications, installation sequences and tolerance requirements. Trainees will take part in component assembly practice, master the complete assembly workflow of flat‑bed laser cutting machines, learn about common assembly mistakes and corresponding avoidance methods, and build a technical foundation for independent complete‑machine assembly.

Operation and Commissioning of Auxiliary Equipment for Laser Cutting

Focused training covers full sets of auxiliary supporting equipment such as chillers, air compressors and voltage stabilizers for laser cutters. It illustrates functional principles, wiring installation and commissioning workflows of each auxiliary device. Trainees learn routine inspection points and troubleshooting of typical auxiliary‑equipment faults, and understand how auxiliary‑equipment status directly affects processing stability of laser cutting machines to ensure normal production of complete units.

Practical Training on Laser Cutting Process Commissioning

Process commissioning practice is carried out on real processing machines. Trainees learn to operate CYPCUT, HYPCUT cutting software and CYPNEST nesting software for flat sheets. They practice machine‑parameter setting and small‑circle precision calibration for carbon steel, stainless steel, high‑reflectivity materials such as copper and aluminum, and conduct practical cutting‑process adjustment for different plates. They will acquire ideas for parameter optimization and be capable of solving on‑site processing problems such as poor cutting sections and failed piercing.

Special Training on Tube Laser Cutting Machine Assembly

Specialized training focuses on tube laser cutting machine assembly. By comparing differences with flat‑bed machines, trainees learn the mechanical structure of tube cutters and hardware assembly requirements for tube‑cutting systems. They master basic operations of the TUBPRO tube‑cutting software, differentiate hardware assembly essentials for single‑chuck small‑tube machines, double‑chuck medium‑tube machines and heavy‑duty tube‑cutting machines, and learn key notes for tube‑machine assembly to improve capabilities for tube‑equipment installation.

Elective Extended Courses & Supporting Training Services

Besides the compulsory core modules mentioned above, extended elective courses are available, covering operation and process commissioning of handheld laser welders, automatic laser welding machines, laser cleaning and derusting equipment. Training also includes maintenance skills for multi‑brand laser cutting heads.
