Product Description
The FEELTEK FR20-U 3D Front-Focus Dynamic System is specifically designed for ultraviolet laser precision processing, compatible with 355nm light sources. Its core advantage lies in "ultra-small spot + flexible large-area processing" - the minimum spot diameter can reach 0.006mm @ 120mm focal length, and within the ultra-large processing area of 600×600×150mm, it still maintains a fine spot of 0.026mm with minimal thermal impact.
The system adopts an integrated CNC dust-proof and shielding structure, supports quick switching of processing areas via a focus adjustment knob, and offers optional water cooling design as well as digital display/electric versions. The dual-driven Z-axis dynamic module has a response frequency ≥ 100Hz @ ±10°, enabling efficient processing of both flat and 3D curved surfaces. It is widely applicable to scenarios such as large-area marking, PCB marking, and precision cutting.

1. Extreme Fine Spot for Guaranteed Precision Processing Quality
With industry-leading focusing performance, the minimum spot diameter is only 0.006mm (at 120mm focal length). Even in ultra-large 600×600×150mm processing, the spot diameter can be stably controlled at 0.026mm, far surpassing the "coarse edge spots and heavy thermal damage" issues of ordinary galvanometers. The cutting edges are smooth and burr-free, and marking details are clear, making it particularly suitable for high-precision scenarios such as PCB fine marking and thin-wall material cutting, effectively reducing processing defect rates.
2. Flexible Processing Area Switching to Cover Diverse Needs
It supports flexible switching of processing ranges from 100×100×40mm to 600×600×150mm. By simply adjusting the knob, precise focus for different processing areas can be quickly switched without complex debugging. The dual-driven Z-axis dynamic module design achieves a Z-axis processing depth of 150mm @ 300×300mm, easily handling complex-shaped workpieces such as 3D curved surfaces and high-low steps, solving the pain points of "limited processing area and deformation in curved surface processing" of traditional equipment.
3. Stable and Durable Structure for Harsh Industrial Environments
The integrated CNC structure, combined with dust-proof and electromagnetic shielding design, can resist dust and electromagnetic interference in industrial environments, extending equipment lifespan. An optional water cooling system is available (cooling medium: distilled water + anti-corrosion additive; operating temperature: 22-28℃; pressure: 2-3bar; flow rate: 4-6L/min), maintaining stable performance in temperature drift-sensitive scenarios (such as long-term precision processing). Drift during 8-hour continuous operation is ≤ 0.2mrad (≤ 0.1mrad for P2 version).
4. Convenient Operation and Adaptability to Improve Production Efficiency
Two versions are available: digital display and electric. The digital display version intuitively shows parameters, while the electric version supports software-controlled switching of processing area and focal length, adapting to automated production lines. The compact structure (346×134×183.5mm) and light weight (only 12.5kg) facilitate integration into various production lines. The maximum processing speed reaches 500 characters/second @ 200×200mm (Pro version), significantly improving production efficiency in batch marking and cutting scenarios.
