To help new employees integrate into their roles quickly, grasp the core application capabilities of 3D laser cutting, and lay a solid foundation for efficient work, DMK Laser recently organized a special technical training session for new hires. Centered on 3D laser cutting technology, the training adopted a dual-mode teaching approach of "theoretical explanation + factory practical operation", focusing on the application logic, key operation points of 3D laser cutting, and the critical role of height controllers in ensuring cutting precision, enabling new employees to comprehensively master 3D laser cutting related technologies.
Closely aligned with the practical operational needs of the positions, the training featured systematic explanations via PPT, focusing on in-depth interpretation of 3D laser cutting technology. The training covered the basic principles of 3D laser cutting, application scenarios of complex curved surfaces and special-shaped workpieces, and key technical points to ensure cutting precision. Among them, the application of height controllers in 3D cutting was highlighted—detailing how height controllers accurately sense the surface of irregular workpieces in real time, dynamically adjust the height of the cutting head, and solve the problem of uneven cutting caused by workpiece shape differences, thus ensuring the stability and precision of 3D cutting operations.
After the theoretical learning, the training team led the new employees to the production factory for on-site practical teaching, which was the key part of this training focusing on 3D cutting. At the production site, instructors showed new employees various 3D laser cutting equipment, workpieces of different shapes and specifications, and real 3D cutting operation sites. They demonstrated on-site how to operate 3D laser cutting equipment, debug parameters, and how height controllers cooperate with the equipment to complete high-precision cutting of complex workpieces. New employees observed the 3D cutting process up close, carefully checked the cutting effect of special-shaped workpieces, and communicated with instructors in real time about the key points of 3D cutting operation and the use skills of height controllers, deeply integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
