Raycus High-Power Pulsed Lasers are core light source products launched by Raycus Laser for industrial heavy-duty processing scenarios, covering a full power range of 500W to 3000W. They integrate three core advantages: high average power, high single-pulse energy and high peak power, and support square/circular homogenized spot output. Some models break through the limitation of multi-module beam combining to achieve high-efficiency single-module output.
Equipped with highly adaptable control interfaces and a stable and reliable water-cooling system, the lasers feature outstanding anti-high-reflection performance and easy operation and maintenance. They can meet the high-intensity operation requirements of mold processing, laser cleaning, heavy industrial processing and other scenarios, making them the optimal light source for heavy-duty precision processing in automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding, petrochemical, new energy and other fields.

- Excellent power performance: The full series boasts high average power, high single-pulse energy and high peak power. The 3000W model has an electro-optical conversion efficiency of ≥40% with high power density, strong processing penetration and large melting depth, which greatly improves heavy-duty processing efficiency.
- Flexible spot and parameters: Supports square/circular homogenized spot output with uniform energy distribution and consistent processing effect; wide adjustable range of frequency and pulse width, and precise power adjustment from 10% to 100%, adapting to processing requirements of different materials and processes.
- Strong anti-interference and stability: Equipped with an optimized optical fiber transmission system, it features excellent beam quality and outstanding anti-high-reflection performance, applicable for processing high-reflection materials such as aluminum and copper; power stability ≤5%, ensuring stable continuous operation in industrial sites without fluctuations.
- Easy integration and operation: Configured with standardized control interfaces, compatible with RS232, AD, Ethernet and other control modes with high system integration; rational structural design enables maintenance-free operation and low costs for daily operation and later maintenance.
- Superior environmental adaptability: Adopts water-cooling system to meet the requirements of high-power long-time operation; can run stably in an industrial environment of 10-40℃ with a storage temperature range of -10~60℃, satisfying installation conditions of different on-site scenarios.
