The PDU2000 (LMC-PCIE) is a PCIe bus-based galvo controller card developed by Pengding Intelligent Control, designed for medium and high-power laser welding and precision cutting. It features closed-loop galvo control, nanosecond-level laser synchronization, strong anti-interference capability and multi-axis expansion, widely applicable to precision and high-power laser processing in 3C electronics, new energy, automotive and other industries.

PCIe High-speed Bus & Closed-loop Galvo Control Adopts standard PCIe interface with low latency and high bandwidth for high-speed and high-precision processing. Natively supports XY2-100 and XY2-100_FB protocols, enabling real-time closed-loop monitoring of galvo scanners to greatly improve operational stability and positioning repeat accuracy.

Full Compatibility with Lasers & Nanosecond Synchronization Compatible with mainstream lasers including fiber laser, QCW laser, YAG laser, CO₂ laser and UV laser, covering brands such as IPG, Raycus, Maxphotonics and JPT. Equipped with high-precision PWM laser output. The minimum pulse width reaches 0.02 μs and the maximum operating frequency is up to 10 MHz. The synchronization accuracy between laser and galvo system is controlled within nanosecond level.

Abundant I/O Ports & Motion Expansion Configured with 20 universal input channels and 18 high-power output channels (500mA), matching various automated peripheral devices. Built-in 3-axis control interface supports 2 to 6-axis linkage, expandable for servo and stepping motor platforms. Dual RS232 ports are reserved for CCD offline operation and customized serial communication. It also supports high-speed beam splitting (1/4/8/16 channels) to realize multi-station integrated processing.
- Industrial-grade Reliability Supplies power at ±15V/5A with excellent anti-interference performance, adapting to complex electromagnetic environments of high-power laser welding and cutting. Supports flying marking, visual positioning and energy closed-loop control, perfectly integrated into automated production lines.
