Excellent wire feeding stability: Push-pull coordination enables resistance-free wire feeding up to 10m. Thin 0.8mm welding wire avoids bending and breakage, ensuring smooth filling for gaps within 3mm.

High-quality weld seam: Precise wire feeding and stable laser energy deliver smooth welds with minimal spatter and no pores. Uniform fish-scale patterns can be formed to reduce subsequent polishing work.

Wide application range: Compatible with manual handheld and robotic welding. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and galvanized sheet, widely used in sheet metal, furniture, auto parts and storage rack industries.

Easy maintenance: Modular optical design with drawer-type protective and focusing lenses for quick replacement. The wire nozzle is easy to disassemble and assemble, no professional tools required for routine maintenance.

Mechanical Design

Lightweight integration: Total weight of welding head and wire pulling module is 3.5–4.5kg, compatible with robots with load capacity above 8kg, comfortable for long-time handheld operation.
Full water cooling system: Zoned water cooling for optical path, wire nozzle and motor. No overheating during continuous welding up to 3000W with reliable performance.
Coaxial anti-collision function: Emergency stop and servo softening trigger when collision resistance exceeds 500g. Quick manual reset, repetitive positioning accuracy ≤±0.1mm.
360° rotation: 140° flange structure prevents optical fiber jamming during rotation, suitable for multi-angle complex welding.

Optical and Wire Feeding Parameters

Laser interface: Standard QBH interface, matching 1030–1090nm fiber lasers with power range 500–3000W.
Collimating & focusing lens: Standard F100 collimator and F200 focus lens. Optional F75/F150 collimator, F250/F300 focus lens. Beam diameter: 50–200μm.
Applicable welding wire: 0.8–1.6mm carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum wire. Wire feeding speed: 0.5–10m/min.
Focus adjustment range: ±15mm manual/electric focusing, applicable to positive and negative focus welding processes.

Push wire feeding: External wire feeder provides steady thrust for long-distance wire delivery.
Pull wire feeding: Built-in servo pulling motor accurately draws wire, eliminating hose resistance and bending deformation.
Synchronized control: Dual servo closed-loop synchronization dynamically matches push and pull speed. Wire feeding accuracy reaches ±0.2mm, avoiding wire jamming, accumulation and breakage.
