1. Industry-leading Adaptability with Fully Independent Parameter Adjustment
The unique MOPA architecture design enables independent adjustment of pulse width (2ns~500ns) and repetition frequency (1kHz~4000kHz), breaking the limitation of parameter binding in traditional lasers. A single device can cover multiple processes such as marking, cleaning and welding. Compared with similar products, its adaptability to complex processes like stainless steel color marking, aluminum oxide black marking and dissimilar material welding is improved by more than 30%, greatly reducing equipment conversion costs.
2. High Beam Quality + High Stability for Superior Processing Consistency
The low-power models boast a beam quality M² ≤ 1.3, while medium and high-power models reach M² ≤ 1.5, with uniform spot energy distribution and finer processing edges; the output power instability is ≤ 5%, eliminating issues such as inconsistent marking depth and virtual welding during long-term continuous operation. Compared with the industry average, the processing yield is significantly improved, effectively reducing enterprise production costs.
3. Ultra-high Backlight Resistance for Processing High-Reflectivity Materials
Equipped with a built-in high-reliability optical isolator, the product is optimized for welding and cleaning of high-reflectivity materials such as copper, aluminum and gold, with far superior backlight tolerance than industry standards. It can effectively prevent core components from damage caused by backscattered light, extend equipment service life, reduce downtime and maintenance time, and fully adapt to all scenarios of high-reflectivity material processing.
4. Standardized Full Power Range for Comprehensive Scenario Coverage
From the 20W air-cooled precision marking model to the 500W water-cooled industrial cleaning model, the full power series adopts standardized interfaces and control protocols. Customers can quickly upgrade power according to processing needs without replacing the overall equipment architecture, reducing equipment investment and learning costs, and adapting to all scenarios from small precision processing to heavy-duty industrial treatment.
5. Industrial-grade Protection Design for Complex Working Conditions
The entire series complies with industrial-grade EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) protection, ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments with frequency converters and high-power motors; the air-cooled models are compact in size for integration into narrow spaces, while the water-cooled models have an IP54 protection rating, dustproof and waterproof, which can adapt to complex workshop conditions and greatly improve equipment environmental adaptability.
