Equipment Overview

Handheld Energy Storage Laser Welder11.jpg Handheld Energy Storage Laser Welder12.jpg

The hand‑held energy‑storage laser welding machine is an industrial‑grade complete set of hand‑held laser welding equipment. It is compatible with continuous fiber lasers at 1080 nm waveband, supporting maximum power output up to 3000 W. Adopting a water‑cooled cooling solution and lightweight torch design, the equipment supports multiple oscillating welding patterns to realize fish‑scale welding and wide‑seam welding. Free from constraints of traditional welding tooling, it is equipped with complete fault diagnosis and multi‑layer safety protection mechanisms to mitigate safety risks in laser operations. The equipment shall only be operated by professionally‑trained personnel.

Focused on the new‑energy industry, it is suitable for welding of energy‑storage modules, battery connectors, copper‑aluminum busbars, new‑energy structural components, energy‑storage cabinets, power‑battery supporting parts and more. It can weld carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other metals as well as dissimilar metal combinations, adapting to mass factory production as well as on‑site installation and emergency repair conditions.

Technical Features

  1. Dual‑axis Oscillating Welding Technology Built‑in dual drive motors support four process patterns: circle, rectangle, straight line and spiral, together with multiple scanning modes. It delivers wide‑seam fish‑scale welding and lowers requirements for operator skills. Weld beads feature excellent forming quality and reduce subsequent grinding procedures.
  2. Lightweight Torch with Ergonomic Design The welding torch is lightweight, fitted with main and auxiliary handles to reduce fatigue during long‑hour operation. A safety interlock button is implemented: both the safety interlock and trigger switch must be activated for laser emission, which physically prevents accidental light‑on hazards.
  3. Full Water‑cooled Heat Dissipation Structure Integrated water‑channel cooling inside the torch provides outstanding heat dissipation for continuous heavy‑duty industrial production. It effectively protects internal optical components and extends service life of optical lenses. Simple lens disassembly structure facilitates replacement and maintenance.
  4. Intelligent Touch Control System Equipped with an industrial touch screen featuring five operation pages: Home, Process, Setting, Monitor and Diagnosis. Operators can conveniently set peak power, duty cycle, pulse frequency, oscillation and other process parameters. Real‑time monitoring is available for input‑output signals and power status. The built‑in diagnosis function independently tests each output signal for rapid fault localization.
  5. Comprehensive Safety Protection Multi‑level alarm levels can be configured for air pressure, water chiller and laser equipment. External emergency‑stop switch and protective earthing are supported. Designed in compliance with Class‑4 laser safety standards to avoid injuries caused by direct and diffuse laser radiation. Power ramp‑up and ramp‑down functions prevent instantaneous high‑power impact damaging workpieces and optical parts.
  6. Broad Accessory Compatibility Multiple replaceable copper nozzles are supplied for different weld seam dimensions. Standard fiber interface is compatible with mainstream industrial fiber lasers on the market. Reserved multi‑channel signal interfaces can connect to water chillers, gas solenoid valves and external control systems for convenient production‑line integration.
