6000W Hand‑held Laser Welding Machine
Product Overview
The 6000 W hand‑held laser welding machine is equipped with the FWH60‑S40C single‑oscillation hand‑held welding head and standard FWS‑04A four‑wire feeder. It is an integrated high‑power fiber laser system integrating welding, cutting and seam cleaning. Adopting galvanometer oscillating beam technology, the handheld gun enables flexible on‑site operation. It delivers low thermal‑distortion and aesthetic weld beads, serving as an effective alternative to traditional TIG / MAG welding processes.
This machine welds carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other metals. It is widely used in steel‑structure projects, engineering machinery, pressure vessels, sheet‑metal fabrication, equipment manufacturing and ship components. It supports manual handheld repair work and can be integrated with robots for automated mass production. Capable of plate butt welding and fillet welding, it also performs metal cutting and post‑weld seam cleaning for multi‑purpose utilization.

- High‑power single‑oscillation galvanometer welding head for wide weld bead forming Fitted with F250 focusing lens. The oscillating beam design achieves maximum weld‑bead width up to 12 mm and build‑up height up to 3 mm, producing full weld profiles while reducing spatter and improving welding quality for thick plates.
- Standard FWS‑04A four‑wire feeding system Stepper‑motor driven wire feeder with high torque and stable running under heavy load. Millimeter‑level precise synchronization control. Supports dual‑wire or four‑wire feeding simultaneously. Applicable wire diameter: 1.2‑2.0 mm. Compatible with 3000 W‑class single‑oscillation and dual‑oscillation welding heads.
- Multi‑process modes for all‑in‑one operation Four built‑in working modes: continuous welding, pulse welding, seam cleaning and spot welding. Functions include welding, cutting and post‑weld seam cleaning. Max. seam‑cleaning width:12 mm; max. cleaning width in cleaning mode:10‑150 mm. Switch working modes by replacing corresponding accessory components.
- Comprehensive lens monitoring & multi‑level safety protection Real‑time status monitoring for protective, focusing, reflective and collimating lenses. Interlocks include safety lock, trigger button, air‑pressure alarm, water‑cooling alarm and laser alarm. Emergency alarm and shutdown upon faults to protect operators and equipment.
- Intelligent human‑machine interaction Industrial touch screen with storable process recipe library, encryption & authorization management. Multi‑language support for export‑oriented projects. Supports signal communication for automated system integration.
- Full water‑cooling for long‑duration continuous production Complete water‑cooling circuit stabilizes thermal performance of optical components for non‑stop industrial operation. Drawer‑style lens structure allows fast replacement and easy maintenance.
