  • Integrated Hardware & Software, Ready-to-Use
    Built-in embedded system with no extra industrial PC or driver installation required. Delivers outstanding security and operational stability for 7×24 continuous industrial operation. It effectively reduces hardware costs by over 30%, while simplifying wiring and on-site maintenance.
  • Self-developed Hummingbird Vision System for High-Precision Positioning
    Supports workpiece identification, positioning and deviation correction with one-click operation. It realizes real-time image acquisition, automatic analysis and trajectory generation for seam splicing, contour welding, spot welding and other processes. The positioning accuracy reaches ±0.01 mm, meeting stringent precision requirements for 3C electronics and new energy manufacturing.
  • 2 to 6-Axis Synchronous Motion Control
    Natively supports 2/3/4/5/6-axis linkage to adapt to multi-dimensional welding tooling. Equipped with closed-loop motion control via pulse feedback from drivers, achieving repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. Multiple preloaded welding process libraries (straight line, arc, spiral, WOB weaving) support one-parameter calling.
  • Full-compatibility Laser Interfaces & Flexible Power Regulation
    Dedicated dual interfaces for YLR fiber lasers and YAG solid-state lasers, compatible with mainstream laser brands including Raycus, Maxphotonics and IPG. It adopts 0–10 V analog and PWM modulation for power adjustment, covering laser power from 50 W to 6 kW. Built-in functions include red light preview, shutter control and gas blowing linkage for enhanced process safety.
  • Built-in WOB Weaving & Bluetooth Remote Control
    Integrated WOB weaving function dispenses with additional controllers, supporting circular, elliptical and linear weaving modes. The weaving frequency ranges from 0 to 500 Hz and amplitude from 0 to 5 mm, ideal for welding thick plates and crack-sensitive workpieces. Bluetooth remote control (10-meter effective range) facilitates on-site commissioning and parameter modification.
  • Abundant I/O & Strong Expandability for Production Line Integration
    Comes with 16 isolated digital inputs and 16 high-current digital outputs (500 mA), connecting limit switches, origin sensors, alarms and fixtures. Equipped with Ethernet and RS232 communication ports to connect robots, PLCs and MES systems for smart production line construction. Modular design enables easy maintenance and customized upgrading.
