The handheld laser welding market has witnessed an explosive growth in recent years with an increasingly fierce competition in the industry. However, products on the market are plagued by a host of common pain points: poor welding results on thin plates, low efficiency on thick plates, and thus limited overall processing performance; bulky equipment with poor portability; complicated operation interfaces that are hard to master; what’s more, some products are overpriced yet of inferior quality and prone to alarm during operation, which seriously impairs the continuity and efficiency of welding work.

Targeting the above industry pain points, Raycus Weldmaster series water-cooled special lasers for handheld welding are officially launched. Its core models include RFL-C015H, RFL-C020H, RFL-C025H, RFL-C030H, etc. The series accurately addresses the application pain points in the handheld laser welding industry and provides professional, high-efficiency and highly adaptable laser equipment solutions for welding work in various fields.

1. Lightweight

It features the smallest volume in the industry. Compared with the previous generation of handheld welding lasers, its volume is reduced by 64%~81% and its weight by 37%~63%.

2. High Efficiency

Boasting superior beam quality parameters, it delivers an excellent intensity distribution in the focal plane and an outstanding beam quality factor M² performance.

3. Intelligent

It supports real-time monitoring and control of the laser via mobile phone, which can display device status, alarm information, laser output power, laser temperature, light output percentage and other data, as well as query the daily light output time, daily startup time and cumulative working hours. It enables operations such as emergency stop, red light indication and enablement, and supports multiple modes including power ramp-up/ramp-down, program mode and external modulation. In addition, it can clearly show detailed information of various abnormal alarms and perform corresponding troubleshooting.

4. High Reliability

It achieves excellent power stability. Taking the 1200W model as an example, the maximum output power reaches 1220W, the minimum 1200W, the average 1210W, with a power fluctuation of only ±0.83%.

5. Ingenious Design

The output optical cable, water cooling interface, power cord and control line are all output from the same side, complying with the modular design of welding machines. The optical cable locking head is fully adaptable and the armored pipe diameter is reduced, effectively reducing the dragging feeling during handheld welding operation.

6. High Integration

The 1200W water-cooled special laser for handheld welding can be held with one hand and is equipped with an external AC power supply, enabling more efficient integration with welding machines; the 1500-2000W models are portable to lift with one hand, making long-distance operation hassle-free.

7. Super Stability

It has passed six industry top-level tests, including constant/alternating damp heat test, high and low temperature operation test, high and low temperature storage test, simulated transportation vibration test, interference test and drop test. Its sealing and reliability protection is further upgraded to IP66 rating.
