1. Gigabit Industrial Ethernet Architecture with Excellent Transmission Performance
Adopting a brand-new Gigabit industrial Ethernet design with a maximum communication distance of 100 meters, it completely solves the problems of short transmission distance and signal attenuation of traditional controller cards, enabling flexible layout of large-scale automated production lines. It delivers ultra-low transmission latency and realizes nanosecond-level synchronization between galvo movement and laser output, effectively eliminating processing misalignment and uneven energy distribution to greatly improve processing consistency. Supporting modular expansion with optional I/O and motion control modules, it is well suited for multi-station automated integration scenarios.
2. Full Compatibility with Lasers for Wide Application
It is fully compatible with mainstream lasers including fiber, UV, YAG, MOPA, CO₂, CW and QCW lasers, and supports well-known brands such as IPG, Raycus, Maxphotonics, JPT and SPI. A variety of customized models cover high-power welding, precision marking and cutting, and dual-station high-efficiency processing scenarios. It meets laser processing requirements of different power levels and processes, reducing equipment adaptation and iteration costs.
3. Closed-Loop Galvo Control for Ultra-Stable Precision Processing
Natively supports XY2-100 and XY2-100_FB closed-loop galvo protocols. It collects real-time operating data of galvo scanners to automatically monitor and correct operating errors, effectively preventing galvo offset and jitter and significantly improving repetitive positioning accuracy. Equipped with high-precision PWM laser control with 0–100% linear adjustable laser energy, it perfectly adapts to rigorous precision processes such as micro-hole machining, thin-wall welding and high-precision engraving.
4. Rich Industrial I/O Configuration for Automated Production Lines
Equipped with 20 universal input channels and 18 high-power output channels (500mA), it can be directly connected to automated peripherals including sensors, solenoid valves, CCD visual positioning systems and loading/unloading mechanisms without additional adapter modules. It supports multi-axis linkage with servo and stepping motion platforms, enabling fully automatic production modes such as flying processing, visual positioning processing and robot collaborative processing.
5. Industrial-Grade Hardware Design for 24/7 Stable Operation
Adopting an industrial anti-interference hardware solution, it supports 12–24V wide voltage and 5A high-current power supply, adapting to complex electromagnetic environments of high-power laser equipment. With integrated software and hardware design, it requires no high-spec industrial computer, features low failure rate, and supports 7×24-hour uninterrupted operation for industrial production lines with strong industrial adaptability.
