The FEELTEK FR70-CO₂ 3D Front-Focus Dynamic System is a carbon dioxide laser processing equipment designed for high-end industrial applications. It is compatible with multi-wavelength light sources of 10640nm, 10200nm, and 9400nm, and offers two configuration options: digital version and analog version.

The core advantage of the system lies in its extreme ultra-large-area processing capability, enabling one-time processing of 2000×2000mm without deformation in full-area marking. Meanwhile, it possesses fine processing performance, with a nominal minimum line width of 0.12mm @ 350×350mm @ 10640nm.

It features smooth cutting and minimal thermal damage, delivering outstanding performance in scenarios such as roll-to-roll leather hollowing, engraving, fine film cutting, and drilling.

1.Ultra-Large-Area Processing, Breaking Size Limitations:Adopting three-axis precise control technology, the standard configuration enables ultra-large-area processing of 2000×2000mm, far exceeding the marking range of ordinary galvanometers. Moreover, within the entire ultra-large processing area, the spot uniformity is excellent, avoiding the problems of "coarse edge spots and marking deformation" of ordinary galvanometers. It meets the one-time processing needs of large workpieces (such as ultra-large-area leather and whole-board materials) and significantly improves production efficiency.

2.Fine Processing Performance, Ensuring Quality Advantages:The nominal minimum line width is only 0.12mm @ 350×350mm @ 10640nm, and the minimum spot diameter is precisely controllable. During cutting, thermal damage is extremely small, achieving high-quality results of "no adhesion in genuine leather cutting and no yellowing in white leather cutting". It is suitable for scenarios with strict requirements on precision and surface quality (such as fine film cutting and precision drilling).

 

3.High Stability and Durability, Adapting to Industrial Working Conditions:The optical system adopts SiC (silicon carbide) mirrors, with a single lens transmittance of 99.7% and a system transmittance of 82%, ensuring stable optical performance. At the same time, it is equipped with a professional water-cooling design, using "distilled water + anti-corrosion additive" as the cooling medium, and the working temperature is controlled at 22-28℃. This can effectively suppress temperature drift, with a drift of ≤ 0.3mrad during 8-hour continuous operation, ensuring stability in long-term and high-intensity industrial production.

4.High-Speed Processing Capability, Improving Production Efficiency:The maximum processing speed can reach 8000mm/s @ 1200×1200mm, and it can maintain efficient operation even in ultra-large-area processing scenarios. Combined with roll-to-roll assembly line adaptation capabilities, it can be seamlessly integrated into automated production links to meet batch processing needs (such as continuous leather engraving and assembly line film cutting).

5.Flexible Adaptability, Covering Multi-Scenario Needs:It is compatible with three wavelength light sources of 10640nm, 10200nm, and 9400nm, and can match the processing characteristics of different materials (leather, sandpaper, carbon fiber, genuine leather, etc.). The system offers optional input spot diameters of 13.5mm and 15mm, and combined with the choice of digital/analog versions, it can be flexibly adjusted according to specific process requirements to adapt to diverse industrial applications.
