Based on profound technical expertise, GZTECH has launched the high-performance MOPA Pulsed Fiber Laser series. These products are primarily categorized into two core types based on beam mode and application scenarios:

GM Series (Single-Mode Lasers): This series features extremely high beam quality (M²<1.8) and concentrated spot energy distribution. It is suitable for precision machining scenarios that demand high accuracy, peak power, and fine processing details.

GMC Series (Multi-Mode Lasers): This series offers higher average power output and larger focused spots with more uniform energy distribution. It is particularly suitable for large-area, high-efficiency surface treatment and cleaning applications, significantly improving production line efficiency.

GZTECH MOPA pulsed lasers are designed from the outset to target high-end industrial applications, achieving comprehensive performance breakthroughs through technological innovation. Compared with domestic and international brands such as IPG and JPT, GZTECH MOPA lasers demonstrate significant differentiated advantages in the following areas:

Breakthrough in Peak Power and Pulse Width: The peak power of traditional fiber MOPA lasers typically struggles to exceed 15kW. However, GZTECH by optimizing fiber selection, amplifier design, and customizing key components, has successfully increased the peak power of products like the GT series to over 150kW, with pulse widths shortened to within 200ps. This technological breakthrough enables superior performance in applications requiring high peak power (such as efficient anode breaking and high-strength thin-sheet welding) compared to similar products.

Pioneer in Domestic High-Power MOPA: GZTECH is the first company in China to achieve mass production of 500W to 2000W high-power MOPA pulsed lasers, breaking the long-standing dominance of imported brands in this field. Its product performance and stability have reached the same level as imported lasers, but the price is only one-fifth that of imported products with equivalent power, providing customers with a highly competitive cost-reduction and efficiency-increasing solution.

Flexible Pulse Width and Frequency Adjustment: The entire MOPA laser series features wide-range pulse width (2-500ns) and high repetition frequency (1-3000kHz) adjustability. This allows users to flexibly match optimal process parameters based on the characteristics of different materials, achieving various applications from fine marking to efficient cleaning, with strong process adaptability.

Excellent Beam Quality and Stability: For both single-mode and multi-mode products, GZTECH ensures highly stable laser power output and excellent beam quality. For instance, the YFPN-500-GM has a beam quality of M²<1.6 and a photoelectric conversion efficiency of over 20%, guaranteeing processing consistency during long-term, maintenance-free operation.
