SLA300Pro Laser Stereolithography 3D Printer
Product Overview
The SLA300Pro is a compact‑size industrial‑grade stereolithography (SLA) laser 3D printer. It adopts a 355 nm UV solid‑state laser to scan and cure photopolymer resin layer‑by‑layer for mould‑free rapid prototyping, balancing high forming accuracy and a small footprint. With a build volume of 300×300×300 mm, the compact unit has low requirements for factory space and is widely used for prototype development and small‑batch trial production across multiple industries.
Main Application Industries: Industrial prototype verification, automotive part prototyping, medical anatomical bone models, university & research institute training, cultural‑creative figurines, architectural sand table models, shoe‑mould sampling, etc. It produces high‑quality aesthetic parts and complex hollow structures. Printed parts can be further post‑processed such as polishing and painting. The printer can work with an ultrasonic cleaner and UV post‑curing chamber to complete the full post‑processing workflow.

Technical Features
- High‑precision Optical System: Equipped with a 355 nm solid‑state frequency‑tripled Nd:YVO₄ air‑cooled laser at 3 W. High‑speed galvanometer scanning delivers stable laser spots for fine‑detail reproduction. Layer thickness is adjustable from 0.05 mm to 0.25 mm to balance accuracy and printing efficiency.
- Rigid Mechanical Structure: The high‑rigidity machine frame ensures stable motion and minimises dimensional deviation caused by vibration during building. Compatible with a wide range of photopolymer resins, including milky‑white, translucent, tough and high‑temperature‑resistant materials.
- User‑friendly Operation: Dedicated 3D PRINT control software running on Windows 10. Import STL files to start slicing and printing with low learning costs.
- Complete Accessory Ecosystem: Supports full sets of auxiliary tools for cleaning, post‑curing and levelling to cover the whole workflow from printing to post‑processing.

Usage Notes
- Laser Safety: This equipment is an IEC Class‑4 laser device. The laser beam is hazardous. Avoid direct or indirect exposure of eyes and skin to laser radiation. Do not open machine doors during operation.
- Pre‑operation Check: Before laser emission, ensure the build platform is clean and free of resin residues or foreign objects to prevent poor print quality and mesh‑plate damage.
- Environment Control: Maintain workshop temperature between 22‑35 °C and relative humidity below 40%. High humidity may cause condensation on optical lenses and degrade laser performance. For water‑cooled models, inspect cooling water regularly to guarantee proper heat dissipation.
- Material Handling: Photopolymer resin is irritating. Wear gloves to prevent direct skin contact. Dispose of waste resin and liquid waste in accordance with chemical‑waste regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Periodically inspect the doctor blade, mesh plate and resin vat; remove cured residues in time. Never touch optical lenses with bare hands. Non‑professional personnel must not disassemble laser sources, galvanometers or other optical assemblies. Perform regular maintenance for cooling systems on water‑cooled machines.
- Post‑processing: After printing, parts shall go through solvent cleaning and UV post‑curing before support removal to optimise mechanical performance.
